As it was mentioned before, Israel is most certainly not making this huge concession for nothing. This could well be a tit-for-tat over Iran.

To XerXes!

You are either illiterate or you are pretending to be. Where in my post did I wish death to my country? Were did I wish "well for all of the Iran's enemies" as you put it? Why do we need to have enemies? We should be friends with anybody and any country that is in our national interests. Making enemies is simply stupid.

Do you think Lebanese like other countries to interfere in their affairs? Why do you think they would like the akhunds in Tehran to have a say in their lives? Would you like others to interfere with your life? Especially when we are talking about a bunch of murderers who have made life hell for the majority of Iranians.

So choose your words wisely and spare us from your verbal diarrhea. If you have nothing meaningful to say, you better stay quite.

Your definition of traitor is quite fascinating, I personally call anybody who supports the mullahs regime a traitor.

A strong Iran is only possible if we have a free and democratic Iran. This is not possible while murderers are in power.

Just a note

From what I gathered a couple of weeks ago from another news article, the Syrian high level officials travelled to Iran and did mention something of this sort. I could be wrong, but I am sure something is taking place behind close doors and Iran already knew about this.

We shall wait and see. Of course we will never know the truth, the politicians will always play their political games, we will never know what is taking place behind closed doors.

Are you Iranian? doubt it, but if you are would you like to wish well for all of the Iran's enemies and wish death to your own country? Mullah or not, you can't wish Iran to be weak or you are a traitor.

Bad news for akhunds!

by Let me see...! (not verified) on

If they manage to reach a deal, it would be a blow to the akhunds in Iran. Surely part of the deal would be, for Syria, not to aid Hezbollah in Lebanon. This would mean that the influence of the mullahs in Lebanon will be reduced considerably and the mullahs will gradually lose one of their most valuable allies in the region, namely Syria.

Hopefully it can achieve peace between Israel and Syria. At the same time calm Lebanon and reduce the influence of the akhunds in carrying out a proxy war in that country. I am sure Lebanon will benefit most from this deal. Imagine, No Syria or Iran to interfere in their affairs. The bad thing is that then Israel and the US will have the upper hand in that country but that's for the Lebanese to worry about and is none of our business!
