The following list is the names of those who have been named as IC members' favorites.  This is not a contest.  There are no winners/losers..  However, a quick look at the names/catagories, reveals that patriotism, passion, creativity, humor and roamanticism (poetry/writing)  characterize a good majority of our favorites.  Transparency, objectivity, civility, compassion and patience are rare.

Dear Anahid, Farah and Faramarz

Anahid Jan,  Thanks for correction.  You will always remain on my most likable list.

Farah Aziz, Thnaks for the addiotinal names.  Most people on this site matter to me, including, you and several of those you mentioned.

Faramarz Khan,  The number of people named as most favorite, is roughly around 50 or 60.  Are you sure, we only have 50 or 60 readers?  Just look at Farah's additional names. 

Let's assume, you are right.  What is so bad about expressing our appreciation to all those we value?  If I had posted a blog about the contributors' negative qualities, we probably would have had many more additional names.  But I wanted this blog to be a light-hearted/fun and positive post. Despite my intention, I learned  something interesting/significant. Most of us have a pretty accurate perception  of "IC Personality (Profile)".  Patriotic, poetic, creative with a great sense of humor.  The qualities that are lacking are :patience, transparency, objectivity and civility.  Do not you think it is a pretty accurate description of the majority on this site?

It should be a mistake!

I am pretty stunned to find my name (Is there another Azarin on IC?) in this blog (written by a creative and sensitive therapist) and in this category...Wow!!! I am not really that sensitive and anyway, I have always thought only poets should be labled as sensitive, and Orang is my number one choice...a real poet with the sensitivity of a poet! 

Thanks for thinking of me, but I think it should be a mistake.

Between us, I have to confess that I wished to be selected in another category...but ALAS :-( Life is never easy!

Thank you Mina for all your efforts here.

But since I am used to sit in the back of the class and always say something out of order (Tak Mezraab), I will do so here too!

I think that the list covers the entire Iranian.com readership!

If anyone is not on the list, please identify yourself! We will find a category for you.

This reminds me of the kids’ baseball league in the US; everyone gets to play and everyone gets a trophy!

Dear Mina, thanks for naming me to the list in couple categories. One comment that I have is that I was not named as one of funniest. But mitranorthcal was. I believe body of my work and its comparison with that of mitranorthcal, shows that I am funnier than her. By the way, please don't take me off likable list because of this comment :). This is a revised version of my last blog.  I included/added the new names/catagories, based on the commentators' requests.

I do not, entirely, agree with all the additions either.  But, I am amazed at the accuracy of the result. It indicates that we at IC are patriotic, , poetic, creative and have great sense of humor.  Our weaknesses are: patience, civility, transparency and objectivity.

I am interested in knowing your (others), feedback, regarding the result of this blog.  

I greatly appreciate your input.

However I have some objection to some of the names in some categories. Here :

Most patriotic: Too many people there which are not really qualified :)

My options are:

Most patriotic: Samsam, Fair, DK, VPK, Redwine and Anahid

Funniest: Jeesh daram, Faramarz, Divaneh, Akhtar khanom (and all his brothers and cousins :)), Shazdeh (sometimes ), MPD

Best story tellers: JJ, Nazy Kaviani, Azarin, MPD, JD, Solo, Shazdeh, Ali Ohadi, and Cyrus Moradi

Most objectivel: I'll add VPK too

Most friendly:  I'll add Monda

Most real: I'll add myself :)

Most civil: I'll remove Niloufar Parsi
