Please watch this video. The Pentagon has been working to shut down Wikileaks, the site which relased this video that exposes the murder of Iraqis. This is surgical. This is freedom.
Everyday, there will be another story that works to mentally ease and soothe the idea that we need to do this to the Iranians, and that this war is really worth it.
Human value has so little value anymore. We have about 70-85 years of natural life on earth. Why do we always look for ways to destroy it? Imagine the tax payer money it took to kill these photographers. Imagine the cures, jobs, books, the computers, the health care, and the teacher salaries that could have been supported by the cost it took to carry out just this account senseless killing.
This is real. These may just be a bunch of Arabs to some, but they symbolize the future Iranians who might be wandering neighborhoods. Iran might not be much to some, but it's home to many. I don't pray, but I hope we don't have war.
Here is the information associated with the video:
Wikileaks has obtained and decrypted this previously unreleased video footage from a US Apache helicopter in 2007. It shows Reuters journalist Namir Noor-Eldeen, driver Saeed Chmagh, and several others as the Apache shoots and kills them in a public square in Eastern Baghdad. They are apparently assumed to be insurgents. After the initial shooting, an unarmed group of adults and children in a minivan arrives on the scene and attempts to transport the wounded. They are fired upon as well. The official statement on this incident initially listed all adults as insurgents and claimed the US military did not know how the deaths ocurred. Wikileaks released this video with transcripts and a package of supporting documents on April 5th 2010 on //collateralmurder.com

Nobody likes MKO
by marcopolo on Mon Apr 05, 2010 03:38 PM PDTAccusing the opposition of being a MOJAAHED is an old tactic of IRI, and its agents. I don't like them either for maybe better, and stronger reasons than those of yours. Then simply get ahead of Mojaahedins by waking up, and smell the coffee first.
Attacks have never been a means
by I Have a Crush on Alex Trebek on Mon Apr 05, 2010 03:34 PM PDTof installing democracy. It is a failed policy. Mahmoud why are you making new names? Pathetic.
I don't need to play around with your name though
by marcopolo on Mon Apr 05, 2010 03:31 PM PDTI know. It is sad, and may sound cruel. But ladies and gents, there is a cancerous tumor which can't be treated by means of chemo( sanctions won't work). surgery, and ...is the last resort.
You will never have a strong, secular nation
by I Have a Crush on Alex Trebek on Mon Apr 05, 2010 03:28 PM PDTWhen you divide the people through war. War rapes nations of dignity and unity. It's impossible. It will set Iran back more than ever. There will be instability non-stop. Damn the Mojaheds.
I hope the Mojaheds in Paris understand this. Stop being whores. Stop advocating strikes. There are US senators and representatives who are in bed with Mojaheds.
Well Morgh o Polo
by divaneh on Mon Apr 05, 2010 03:20 PM PDTNow that you are such a knowledgeable strategist, perhaps you want to let us know people of which city should be killed first. If you are not sure you can write to Haliburton's PR department. I am sure they will be pleased to help.
No words!

I am so proud of the founder of Wikileaks
by I Have a Crush on Alex Trebek on Mon Apr 05, 2010 02:49 PM PDTIt takes someone with a lot of courage and dedication to have a site like Wikileaks. I think it helps the anti-war effort overall. So many people who love war have zero courage to get in the middle of it unless they get to sit in the cockpit with machine guns.
This is simply amazing. How stupid is the army? Who is training them? Where is the accountability?
When someone is a "terrorist," he doesn't run to help. He runs to hide. Idiot army. I hope Wikileaks lives on despite their struggle against the military.
You know when Sy Hersch broke Abu Ghraib, he knew the actions there went to the top of the Pentagon to Rumsfeld, who happily let a bunch of low income children who signed up for military get fired and tarred and feathered.
This happened almost 3 years ago. Imagine what happened since! Jesus christ!
