Confronting the un-Iranians!

Because I like Iranian.com, I hate to see it turn into a mouthpiece of the Islamist-Socialist propaganda machine. IRI supporters who use terms like “Zionist”, “CIA agent”, “Monarchist”, “AIPAC agent”, “Jew lover”, “Racist”, “ZioNazi”, “Islamophobe”, “Imperialist”, and others, to assassinate the character of patriots who stand with the Iranian people against the Fascist Mullah regime, the supporters who have devoted all their time and energy to bash Israel without saying a single word about Iran and what’s going on there, the ones who bash U.S and its system and promote for a Socialist agenda, the ones who copy and paste opinions from extreme leftist websites and post it here under “news”, the ones who make up numbers and twist definitions and invent facts, the ones who can’t think past the clichés, all those people, tried hard to make this site their nest, and a few years back, it seemed they succeeded!

However, with the rising awareness among Iranians and non-Iranians about the true Apartheid and barbaric nature of the Iranian regime, and the danger of staying silent, the silent majority of Iranians woke up and are speaking up. The tide has dramatically turned. I have been visiting Iranian.com for years and there is a total shift. And it’s not only on this site, but other sites as well. For years, going back to early 50s in Iranian history, the silent majority didn’t have a voice, because their voice was hijacked by the Islamist – Socialist bully-in-nature propaganda machine. Although the Islamist Socialist ideology compromises a minority of the Iranian voice, but they are very vocal and active (and by the way, we need to be the same). That was the case up until few years back. Since then, we have seen a total shift.

That promises good outcomes for our country. In today’s world, the public opinion war is as crucial and important as military war. Public opinion, whether misguided and influenced by certain propaganda machines or not, determines and defines whether something is right or wrong, at least for the short term. We all saw instances like during the Iraq war and the Guantanamo detention center issue. There wasn’t any room left to discuss those issues objectively. It was all about clichés and how the leftist media defined the truth.

In conclusion, I like to thanks all the true Iranians who contributed in reversing that trend. We all know who you are. You were called “Zionists” and “Imperialis”,,,and things of that nature. That only shows that you are right, and those who use these terms are wrong and partners in the crimes committed by the IRI in Iran because of their apologetic stance to those crimes. They are justifying those crimes, therefore, they are collaborators. It is sad that most these folks do not see this reversal of trend and still think this is 1960, not 2009 (Although a few of them do. Recently, one of these pro IRI socialists was criticizing Jahanshah for “selling his website to Pentagon and Israel”!!). They don’t wanna see it, but most Iranians do see it.

What you are doing makes a difference, and is making a difference.

Keep doing what you doing and stay on course.

The comments from islamo facists to your post indicates how right you are. keep up the good work my man. I thought they were busy boycotting Isreal or some thing. Is the boycott over? Cause I haven't had hebrew national salami and hot dog for a while and they are damn delicious!

Javad Yassari: "Look at the people cheering you on! mostly non-Iranians with an agenda!"

Most of the people on this blog are Iranian-Americans. If their "agenda" is Iranian nationalism (without any consideration for the United States) then they should return to Iran. They swore an oath of loyalty when they accepted US citizenship. Dual citizens have a duty to balance their loyalties between both of their countries. I don't see much of that here. Maybe it's time to start talking about "Americans" who are un-American, as well?

Javad Yassari: "Many of us hate the IRI and its consistent mistreatment of Iranians, but we love Iran and Iranians."

Do "many of you" love America, and Americans? It seems from your statement where you disparaged non-Iranians, that you Javid Yassari, do not. Are you a US national? If so, do you think your fellow Americans should be placing high value on what you have to say in regards to Iran? Should your fellow Americans believe you, when you say that you hate the IRI? It's pretty amazing how often people who defend the IRI on this website simultaneously claim to hate it. Why is that, do you think?

Un-Iranian, Indeed!

by Javad Yassari on

It seems anyone can run his mouth and produce garbage these days, labeling and accusing others of being "un-Iranians."  What a bunch of assinine statements you have put together as a "blog" after your other silly "article," Mr. Kashani.  You say nothing new and nothing decent.  Look at the people cheering you on!  mostly non-Iranians with an agenda!  Many of us hate the IRI and its consistent mistreatment of Iranians, but we love Iran and Iranians.  A persistent continuation of your shallow reasoning and its support by by-now-well-known participants on this site does nothing to convince us that you are terribly articulate, or that what you say is with selfless and respectful stance vis a vis Iran, the country, and Iranians as a nation.

I think you should stick to posting news items and writing your comments, as reading you as a writer has only let us see you in a better light, a light of shame.  I'll be sure to skip over your news and "opinions" henceforth.  Now seems to be a good time for you and your devout supporters (read tongue in cheek if you can follow the humor) to go start your own website where you write political analysis, Samsam1111 writes cultural articles, and the entire flock of your well-wishers in the form of Zion and her cronies can come and cheer you on.

Un-Iranian, indeed!

Do you really believe that those who rule in Iran are going to change anything?  Why would they want to change?  They love things just the way they are because they have absolute control over the people.  Also, if you are Iranian, how can you be a bystander?  If you are in Iran you are under this rule, and if you are in diaspora, you are in exile unless it is voluntary and if it is voluntary, then why do you choose it?

You wrote:  "No one here is denying the problems facing our country but the effort to correct should come from those who rule and govern it and not by us the bystanders."

What makes me more sickened to stomach than Israel itself is the treachery of a bunch of traitors who are willing to sell their country to the Zionists and call others un-Iranians. Unfortunately, these parasites make mullahs more relevant and what they do more justified. If you guys don't have something substantial to say, please shut up and let the Iranian people inside Iran take care of their own business.

Irandocht: "I believe the true test of "real iranians" vs "un-iranians" would be when Israel attacks Iran."

Really? Isn't that what you want to see happen, though? Don't you come here, every single day, and preach hate against both Israel and America? Is that what "real Iranians" do?

Irandocht: "We'll see who speaks against the attack and who supports the aggressors. I hope I don't see that day, but I wouldn't put it past them."

I'm sure that you will speak out against it, loudly and longly. And you will accuse "the enemy" of every real and fake atrocity you can possibly think of. And I hope at least some of the commenters here will hold your feet to the fire (and others like you) and point out your past hatemongering against the US and Israel. Hate leads to war. War leads to death. If you want war, then it is hypocrisy of the very worst sort for you to be complaining, when you get it.

But I suppose "real Iranians" might be just that sort of hypocrite. It was a bit pathetic to read Arab blogs and see the very same people who were the worst with the propagandizing, the lying, the taunting and the gloating about how Israel was doomed, suddenly playing the victim. I personally hope we never have to find out if it would play out that way, here, but if it does I'm quite certain that the most militant of the "Iranian nationilists" on this site will turn out to be the biggest whiners, as well. Just seems to be the way it goes, in the middle east.

All due respect man, this time you have gone way too far with your BS.

Where in the hell are you getting the audacity to categorize people based your racist and hate filled standards?

Who died and made you the defender of freedom? Hitler????

Consistently, you demonstrate your hatred of IR[which is shared by many in this site] by subtly demonizing Iranian Muslims[only 98% of Iran's population], and by  your witch-hunting techniques of the decent people who sympathies with pains that other nations/people are enduring.

[Compassion is that which makes the heart of the good move at the pain of others. It crushes and destroys the pain of others.] - The Buddha

Yet, my dear sir, with your agenda, your hateful propaganda, you clearly have no empathy and compassion for Iranians, except your own demented ideology, so it seems.

Wow, sounds like the Mcarthyist era would provide you with a good model. Why don't you form a Committee on Un-Iranian Activities and persecute the rest of us (the overwhelming majority of this site's readers and commentors) for not fitting into your distorted vision of what "iranian" should be like.

Oh wait, all you have is your hateful attempts to silence and intimidate without any real power to back it up. Thank goodness for that!

So keep on barking buddy, you will be drowned out by the rest of us.

Mr Vanaki, please do not insult the people of Vanak by coming up with such hollow rationale as:

"but the effort to correct should come from those who rule and govern it and not by us the bystanders."

Where the hell did those rulers and governers come from in the first place? Decended from Heaven? Not even from Vanak!!

The bystanders (as you insist to call them) of yesterday are rulers of today. Bystanders of today (using your poor terminology) are going to be the rulers of tomorrow. Now please go back to Vanak and keep shouting from there. You'll be heard better by the Vanaki Mullahs.

You are as much Iranian as your understanding of the realities of it.  So far your views are no different than what has been voiced for the past 30 years which is an utter nonsense.  You want the tape rolled back to the dreams of a Utopia that never existed.  The reality facing us is Iraq and how a regime change led to a human catastrophe.  The people living in Iran would then have to suffer the consequences of prescribed measures by those who abondoned it years ago.

No one here is denying the problems facing our country but the effort to correct should come from those who rule and govern it and not by us the bystanders.

I hear the term Zionist thrown about this forum much the way the term "nigger" was once thrown about to refer to African-American persons.  Could you define the term "Zionist" so that we at least know what you are talking about?  Does it mean any and every Jew in the world or perhaps who lives in Israel/Palestine?  If so, then what about the thousands of Muslim-Jews in the region?  How do they fit into this scheme of yours?  Are they Zionists too?  If not, then how do you distinguish between a Zionist and a non-Zionist Jew or Muslim-Jew?

It is ironic.  A few months ago I found myself defending a Muslim-Jew against some orthodox Jews who were telling me that she isn't "kosher."  After several weeks of argument they finally agreed to meet her.  Now they love her.  They have found her to be such a beautiful and interesting person that they refer to her as the "Ayin of Hashem" (the eyes of G-d) because she helped them see so much that they were missing.  Now they feel ashamed that they rejected her before.  This is the link of compassion we will see once we get past our ethnic and religious differences.

The owner of this site

by Armeen (not verified) on

The owner of this site apparently wants to keep a tabloid-character. He posts all possible sensationalistic topics like his new tattoo, his love story with a married woman, and likely attempts to further tabolize this site. A diverting trick or not, he does not show major interests for political debates; especially when it goes on suffering people under the mollahs’regime. This apathy is exactly what the regime expects from any media in the West as alternative to a complete support. Such a site, especially if popular, falls into the eye or trap of IRI propaganda machinery. Complice with IRI's authorities or not, the site systematically serves IRI's agenda namely to divert its audiance from the real nature of prolems Iranians suffer from. Different ranks of mollahs’ supporters: from the lobby groups like NIAC, CASMII, to Islamists or ex-Islamists are too much active on this site. They seem a small number in proportion to the opposition, but are given front page privilege and full time activity on this site under dubious names and avatars.

FK, I have a dream too...

by KB on

I have a dream that one day I would wake up and Iranians like the Zionists are united in a common goal.

You see my Zionist friend, if only Iranians were as dedicated to their country, as you are to promoting of the cause of the “promised land”, we would not have an IRI to worry about. I

If we Iranians were like you, we would be able to see through the lies and the deceit promoted by our Zionist friends on this site about their real concern, the fact that they have met their match in Akhoond Jamaat.

In your post you are trying to change history and in your previous posts you have been a proponent of an attack on Iran and yet you talk about Un-Iranians?

FK, my un-Iranian, “CIA agent”, “Monarchist”, “AIPAC agent”, “Racist”, “ZioNazi”, “Islamophobe”, “Imperialist” friend, the reason you think you are getting lots “true Iranians” contributing is because the rest of us see you and your pack as a joke and don’t take you seriously.

How One Guy Dealt with Ethnocentric Bigots

by Yachov on

As with Iranians both in and out of diaspora, the United States once had a problem with ethnocentric bigotry.  Most of us thought of them as cognitively and scholastically deficient, ethnocentric, bigoted, red neck, neanderthals who couldn't push their IQ's above 70 on the very best day of a ten year cycle.  :) 40 some years ago when this movie came out, they were very common.  Much has changed since then and the kind of racial and ethnic bigotry exibited by the Posners in this clip is not nearly as common in the US any more as can be seen by our last presidential election.  But it still exists and is particularly common among some immigrants who grew up in a culture of ethnic hatred.

IRI should be confronted

by Mehdi Mazloom on

Farhad,

I do agree wholeheartedly. These IRI agents aim and purpose is to divert attention from Iran's current crises with economic, social and its soured relationship with the international communities.

Otherwise, why would any true Iranian patriot support a failed regime which spends billions of Iranian money on Arabs and other fringe groups, when inflation rate in Iran is 29%, and unemployment is 26%. With current global economic crises, why anybody in his right mind thinks that, Iran is immune from it.

The despotic and hate filled Mullahs spend most of Iran's talent, energy and other precious resources on helping everyone else except the Iranian youth in Iran itself. Has anyone even thought about the massive brain drain from Iran since 1979?. more then 600,000 Iran's best and brightest had left these backwards mullahs and immigrated to the west?

Instead of spending it all to build Iran faltering economy, massive job creating factories. Research & Development in new and marketable products, these idiots spend it on subverting and try to destroy other countries which benefit Iran a great deal. .

It is time to expose these IRI agents, and throw the bums in Tehran out.
