Funny thing is that Ershad geshtapo has been patrolling neighborhood sagain looking to bust some of those dishes from rooftops. I guess the new models are in and they are just helping with the recylcing of the old ones.
anywho, imagine my surprise when one of them came right up to me out of the blue, with his elegant meydooon coca cola accent: dooo you hapen to no mester faramarz who commentez on eeraneean dot com? eef you see heem Tell him he haz been very bad, very very bad (at this point he was wagging his index finger in my face...like apoo did in Sienfeld). باید بادمجون یک کمی با بقیه خورشت بجوشه که طعم و مزه بگیره وگرنه خورشت خوش قیافه و کم مزه از کار در میاد.
دوتا نظر تکنیکی: اولا، گوشت را باید به تنهایی و بعد از زدن نمک و فلفل یک سر تف داد تا رنگش قهوه ای شود و مزه اش در داخلش بماند و بعد به پیاز داغ اضافه شود. دوما، موقع سرخ کردن پیاز باید نمک و فلفل به آن اضافه کرد که هم مزه بگیردو هم نمک رطوبت پیاز را بیرون بکشد. و در آخر، دیگ خورشت برای اینهمه مواد کمی کوچک بود و سبب له شدن بادمجان و گوجه میشود. میتوان از یک ظرف پیرکس در نیم ساعت آخر برای قاطی کردن تمام مواد استفاده کرد.
حالا پلو با ته دیگ چی شد!
