Balanced?

Given the the time constraint and the need to achieve some sort of balance(??) we have ended up with a educational policy, in particular history where the state of the Islamic Republic has made no political mistakes (or if it has, there is no time to analaze it) and the evil doers in Iran are: the liberals and the previous monarchy. 

Just a small point to metion. Reza shah at some point during his rule wanted to change the Iranian political system (influenced by Ataturk). What he had in mind was a Republic. Who was staunchly against it? Mr Modaress
