Here: Put a bucket in a tub. Then keep pouring water in it. The first 20 times it just gets fuller. The 21st time it sinks. Guess what: you did the same thing and got a different result. 

Here is another: you keep reading the multiplication table; still don't know it. But like a "moron" you go on. Then after several weeks guess what? You memorize it. Same thing different results.

Yet another: Put straws on a camel. Nothing happens. Then the infamous "last straw" breaks the camel's back! Same thing different results.
