On the other hand, it's really nice to hear what they have in their stupid mind. We usually hear blabelling, which are vague and based on religious books or stories. We usually don't see someone expresses himself and tell us what he really thinks.

It is important that IRI people are publicly accepting that people love to be up-dated and hearing outside news. People are gradually changing the direction of IRI since IRI is not able to dictate to people as much as IRI did before. They are realizing they cannot solve their problem by removing satellites, but providing some more channels to compete. All is yours if you are able to compete with a real world and reallity.

What he is saying is that women should be afraid of their husbands to watch the Farsi channel. In other words, he is encouraging husbands to use violence to prevent their wives from watching the named channel.
