I think this move is more in line (in addition) of spear heading any possible dissident & strike by the oil workers. In essence, controlling & ensuring the blood line of IRI.

Oil worker's strike is the most important (necessary) component of effective dissent.  Sepaah moving in means tight control and installation of trusted elements in this key potential weak point.  Great move on their part.  But it is only a Kiish and not yet maat.   Maat is when they could effectively run the ministery and actually make a positive impact on the economy, I doubt they are able to, they are way too greedy. 

They have sure picked a scary looking guy :).

1-Khamenei is the head of sepah, so now has a better grip on controlling the oil money now.

2- Sepah is fed well and therefore will defend IR even more. 

3- This was AN's bribe (reshveh) to Khamenei and Khamenei immedietly defended AN vs Parliament : //donbaleh.com/link/454713

4- This was the next big step after post election coup. The grip of military dictatorship is getting tighter.
