Sara Schmidt
Sara is the Western Region Field Organizer for Amnesty International USA. Ever since the Iranian elections last June, she has gone above and beyond the call of duty, working tirelessly on behalf of Iran. She has attended every protest, rally, and vigil in the San Francisco Bay Area with a passion and dedication that puts us full-blooded Iranians to shame. And she was instrumental in organizing the large rally last July at the San Francisco Civic Center. Sara is a devoted and passionate advocate of human rights in Iran and around the world. We are exceptionally lucky to have such a wonderful person advocating on behalf of Iran.
