Bankrupt Intellectuals
by hafez on Sun Aug 22, 2010 11:09 AM PDTIt is interesting how all the Islamist and leftist intellectuals who started this revolution have all left Iran for Western Europe and the United States!!!! None went to socialist or Muslim countries. I have never heard Messrs. Kadivar, Ganji, Sazegar, Soruoush and the rest who did this to our homeland ever give us a hint of apology for what they did. If anything, they always speak like we still owe them something.
The young Iranian society knows this. In the future Iran there will be no place for these wanna be intellectuals who treat the rest of us like ginny pigs for their bankrupt ideas.
bekhod galat kardi

Not enough
by MRX1 on Sun Aug 22, 2010 07:12 AM PDTJUST SIMPLY SAYING "ghalat kardim" is not enough. At the minimum you need a truth commision to find out a truth behind all these killings, tortures, who was behind it, for what reason, who participated in it, who did they kill and torture, monetery compensation for victims (Preferbly from a money that goes to hezbolah and hamas), list goes on and on....
Sourosh Wanna be??
by Doctor X on Sat Aug 21, 2010 05:57 PM PDTHe is on his way to one of these Ivy league schools soon as one of those "highly- valued" scholars!!!
He looks like a Farsh Foroosh more than a futur Poghfeeseer (professor). Does Abdy (Dr. sourosh) know he has a look alike? Hey abdi. Make some room. We are hiriing a new staff member.

by comrade on Sat Aug 21, 2010 04:34 PM PDTInitially I wanted to quote you, but I felt it would be unethical...and then I thought "what if Benross is inching toward a national compromise?, I can't be more Catholic than pope."

ghalat kardim
by persian pit bull on Sat Aug 21, 2010 04:00 PM PDTghalat kardim is not enough. those responsible need to be brought before a formal tribunal and rule of law needs to prevail. that is the only way a nation can heal.
those who want to lead need to respond to atrocities that were committed under their watch. whether this was during this regime or previous one.
