If that was the case I dont think it diminishes the site by much as there are many propagansits of the IRI-some in terribly insidious fashion-(eg ommani, baniameri) who regularly contribute to front page articles here so a little bit of porn is nothing by comparison in terms of the harm it does to propagandist sowing their vile seeds in their efforts to prolong the life of the IRI. 

Anyhow I also have to agree about hypocrisy based moderation. Sometime back there was a pictorial essay of Reza Pahlavi in his younger years- He was pictured in full pilots regalia in front of a fighter jet which looked like a giant phallus. So I dully pointed out the mental image conjured up by the photo without using any profanities but that comment was essentially instantaneously removed...and then we get Marayam, this song and many more but the explanation is profanities are ok in blogs but not in comments..I guess this is a rule and we gotto accept it but does it have much inherent logic? Not much in my opinion.

to argue that this tape is somehow "part of us" is as weak as a spider's web.

in all cultures, foul language is used to express frustration and express anger. However, a culture is not defined by it unless it takes on a mainstream streak.

for example, in the US, the wide spread propagation and distribution of rap lends credence to the fact that foul language is actually an entertaining way of expression.

however, even in iranian rap there is a self censure on the use of foul language in music especially iranian rap.

Hence, to allude that this tape is a "part of us" is similar to having a member of Congress use vulgar language in his speech and argue that Joe Biden or Dick Cheney have also used the F word.

Until this site becomes a tabloid site, I don't think the posting of such material is appropriate.

I think your point of view is important, not just because I agree, but because if people like you leave, it might deteriorate, even though I trust Jahanshah's taste most of the time...
