even in the democracies of west, they would crush any behaviour of this nature, they would use horses to run over and break arms and legs of the demonstrators! Funny how imperial regime didn't even have water canons or a riot branch within its police or security forces!

With the 30th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution there were lots of docs on air...
One of the docs was an old rebroadcast of 1979 where they interviewed Iranian people on the streets & others at home...
It was sad to see how naive people thoughts were at the most important history-change of Iran !!...
If only we/they knew what history had in store for us/them all...

The 4 teenagers carrying that machine gun!

I see the slow motion footage of 4 teenagers, in slow-motion, carrying a 50-caliber machoine gun to set it up somewhere and empty all its bullets into the remains of a dying monarchy that had lost touch with these teenagers and their parents before them!

I wish these kids had a clue, they were destroying their very own futures, literally, by carrying that machine gun?! I wish the nozzle would have been so hot that it had burned the kid's hands; the one in the front, holding the machine gun's nozzle! That may have stopped that gun from reaching it's destination and firing its bullets into the future of these kids, my future and everyone else's!

But then I snap out of it. How could that single difference have changed the cursed events, in that unholy Bahman of 1357!

Ahhh, if I could only change the past (or the future for that matter)!

Iran is facing many many problems, and their success is not assured, several nuclear powers are hell bent on its destruction. However its fascinating when a the yuppies in LaLa land judge the Iranians who struggle under sanctions and fight incredible wars. laughable.
