NAGOYA October 30, 2007 (The Japan Times) — Hokkaido Nippon Ham Fighters pitcher Yu Darvish was outstanding this season. So it's no surprise that the accolades have started rolling in. After being named the Pacific League's Climax Series MVP, Darvish collected an even bigger honer on Monday when he was named the 2007 Sawamura Award winner. This is the first time that Darvish has won the award, which is given annually to the top pitcher in Japanese baseball. "It's just a wonderful achievement," Fighters manager Trey Hillman said. "It's a wonderful individual accomplishment." Darvish was modest after winning the award, deferring instead to the other top pitchers in the Pacific League. "The Sawamura Award is such a great award," Darvish said. "A pitcher such as Saito-san deserves that award. "I can't compare myself to Saito-san or Sugiuchi-san," Darvish added referring to Fukuoka Softbank Hawks hurlers Kazumi Saito and Toshiya Sugiuchi >>>

Vu, I am proud of you! As
by Elaheh (not verified) on Tue Mar 25, 2008 12:09 PM PDTVu, I am proud of you! As an inhabitant of Earth, world is a big village and happen to be that I came from that section of the village which is called Iran as well as your dad. I apologize on behalf of all the vulgar remarks that appear here. Some people do not know that they do not know everything and we should forgive them and just pray for them. I wish you well in your career in the future, and we send you all the cheers from this side of the village, Iran. Your last name in Farsi means 'Humble' and despite some youthful mistakes, I am sure you will live up to your Family name. "movafagh bashi javoon"
Comments on Iranian.com
by Former Iranian.com fan (not verified) on Tue Nov 27, 2007 01:39 PM PSTDear Mr. javid, I implore you to stop this comments section. 90% of comments people write are vulgar (i.e. what does a Japanese pitcher have to do with sex and how good Japanese women are at it). This whole comments section was a very bad idea. Besides vulgarities, jokes and fosh to one another ,I have not read much of anything productive in them.
Thing sideways? Impossible!
by Faribors Maleknasri M. D (not verified) on Sat Nov 24, 2007 01:02 PM PSTnever heard. but the most exiting story I read the other day in a men`s magazin is: the japanese women can contract their thing and hold the man tide inside so zthat he can not run away. sice making an end in this lovely situation is very painfull the man becomes authmatically a .... well.... you know ... a....mashine. it take allways a long time to getting .....well finished. the western woman can rarely develop such capability. bercause they get touched by good uncles allready as they are stil children. later on getting touched is continude by schoolfriends, teachers priests and any one who makes his chance. most of the western women are from a clitoral-sexual-typ. the japqnese and more than of japanese women are the chinese women also from vaginal-sexul-typ. in china in an old history were just-borned-girls put in iron shoes which prevented to feet-skleton to develop. so these women could not run fast ( away ) and were from exelent vaginal-sexual-typ. But non eof them were ever never sidewayded. NEVER.
