 I think this guy who thinks IR has "done a lot to avoid death penalty in recent years" is either really stupid or delusional.

there is no diffrent between a person who kill some one at age of 18 or a person who kills someone when he or she is under 18 years old.

in usa also sometime people who are underage will be tried as an adult.

there is no proof out there that capital punishment is worse than life behind bars .

my experince shows that people who are known as lifer will never be free often and they are only a burdon on society .they will go on with illing more victims and do more crime before passing a way behind bars.

a look at american society shows that such law did not help to curve any social problems in recent years and the idea of more fair system is out of queistion since we know jails are full of minorities and poor white man .

it is also known that iranian goverment especially in recent years have done alot in avoiding death punishment .

there are commities with using of elderies and comminuty leaders who try their best to stop the hanging and get victoms family do drop its requist of capital punishment via accepting of blood money or diah. it is still hard for some family to do so and its undrestanable . becasue a close look at the most cases shows that the defendent did not show no mercy for the victim or did not value his life .

most cases are involved with friends fueds and street fight and use of swichbladde knife .

i am not here to bash this lady's affort for saving this kids but please stay away from bashing the goverment or victims families , it would not get us anywhere .
