Yesterday in that blog of Fred ,

When the grotesque becomes vile

there happened a strange thing.

One comment has been deleted while it was not offensive nor it had contend any personal attack.

The same thing happened to two other posts in the same blog, the day before.

I'd like to know who is behind those deletion and what is the reason.

None of those posts were  offensive, but they have been addressed to the same person (and another person from the same group of thought).

I wish you would addressed the problem and give us an explanation as to why those comments have been flagged and how they have got deleted.

Please.

A- They're not posting their pictures

 

B- If they did it wouldn't turn out to be as red as yours

Souri jan, first of all, what a comment. Second, that in person, you are not red in cheeks so it is probably the site's software. Besides, even though your avatar is nice, in person, you are even more beautiful.

The other reason could be  the site's software for the colors?

I think IC will serve its members and its own credibility well

 If they would follow up with the member thru private e-mail whose comment was removed with a short reason for the removal.

This will serve both as an educational/orientation to those members who might not be familiar with rules and etiquette of IC and remove any ambiguity about its objectiveness.

Removing comments with no reason given will definitely increase the suspicion of lack of objectivity.

But no, I don't think this is Q.

And what is most important to me, is not WHO has flagged those comments, but mostly WHY the editor (or the moderator if it's not the same person) have deleted the posts?

They have to really have a good reason. Otherwise this would be called a total anarchism!
