In "Classical" Poetry ..

"Emphasis" Was "First" and "Foremost" On The "Structure" Of A "Poem" ..

 

By That I Mean "Rhyme", Etc.

 

For "Modern" Poetry On The Other Hand ..

"Emphasis" Is "Primarily" On The "Underlying" Meaning ..

 

This is Not Only "True" About "Poetry", But Many of the Other "Modern" Arts Also ..

 

For Example,

 

Look at a "Piccaso",

And "Compare" It To A "Carravagio" ..

 

Or, Look at a "Da Vinci" ..

And "Compare" It To  A "Miro" ..

 

For "Us" Iranians ..

Being "Raised" ..

 

On "Sa'adi", "Hafez", and "Others" ..

The "Beauty" Of A "Rhyme" ..

Is "Immediate" ..

 

"Modern" Poetry On The Other "Hand" ..

Is An "Acquired" Taste ..

 

Once "You" Learn To "Appreciate" Modern "Poetry" ..

It's Like "Appreciating" Good "Wine" ..

 

"You" Can "Never" Have "Enough" ..

 

"Good" Luck To "You" ..

Pls don't even use the terms "Hafez" and "Ferdosi" in these writings. Even mentioning those great poets, in this context, is an afront to thier talent. Please educate me. What is poetic in writing that has no Rhyme and no Rhythem. How is that ANY different from regular "non-poetic" writing. I don't mean to insult you. I'm just trying to learn. Seriously.

So My poetic brother - You finaly come out of your cover.

The mullahs hide behind the Ghoran and you hide behind your poems in fooling the young to defend yours and the mullahs interests !!!   Iranians are smarter than to get themselves killed for Arabs and Atrabzadeh such as yourself.  

You encourage young Iranians to pick arms - while you support them with your poems from America !!?  is that your plan ?   You are a pathetic bunch -  and not much of poets either
