Khomeini!

Khomeini told the poor illiterate Iranians some three decades ago to breed and the result of his decree was that the population doubled overnight.

Now, with about 11 more months left of the year 1991, let's only hope that this idea of giving a meager amount of cash (approximately US$44:00 at the current rate of exchange) will not cause another population explosion among the poor in Iran.

Dear professor

You may want to check with a lawyer.  But if I understand this correctly, I believe that you're fundraising for an event inside Iran.  This may be a violation of the sanctions laws.  Don't want you to get into trouble with the feds.  So, better check it out and make sure it's kosher (no pun intended).  There are laws in this country you know.  It's not the paradise of Iran under the IR where the laws of the jungle rule.

Incidentally, I went on your site, iran-heritage.org and checked it out.  Saw the link to CASMII, which is pretty disappointing, considering that Ardeshir Ommani, who called for the arrest of the 2009 protesters (and their swift punishment) is involved with that organization.  Also, I checked under the "abusers of the people" tab, and did not Khamenei's name under it.  Is there a reason why, considering that the IR has killed, turtored and raped more Iranians than any other entity in the modern history of Iran?
