The sacred love

Daydream in Barns& NobleAfter a double espresso.  The sacred love

I wish I knew

Where the sacred space is

When the sacred time is

WhereWhen the sacred love is.

I wish I knew how and why love,

Abandoned the spirit of man.

Perhaps

Caged in the body of man--

That chews the nature like a colossal rat--

The spirit of man turned into

A blunted, blurred, tarnished, and poisoned froth,

Forcing love to desert it.

Despite its faults

My spirit longs

To journey to the sacred WhereWhen

To rejoin the sacred love!
