As Humans, have we lost our ability to sit down and resolve our conflicts over a cup of tea?

pedro.... conception to creation

by KavehAhangarAdel on

is quite variable but I have multiple skethes that I work on at a time. Some materialize  and some are abandoned or redrawn. All done by hand and india-ink pens(that part takes the longest!) but finalized on graphics software to clean up and add color! For a final product to be released it usually takes me an hour or two!

I am glad and humbled that you find them useful as I always love to touch on subjects that may not be too obvious! :)

Thanks for checking my Facebook Fanpage as it is easier to see all the work in one place.

Just checked your facebook profile, Very impressed. I can't imagine how long any of your sketches takes from inception of a thought, to completion. Thank you for your efforts so we can have another angle to view our surroundings.

When that become a family affair where there is time for reflection, exchange and conversation then we can proudly call ourselves human!

Speaking of tea drinking, my wife and I brew a pot of tea every evening when I am home and, we move to a quite corner of the house where we can see the outside, people, birds, bees and butterflies,  then gingerly sip on our large cups of teas and reflect on our day. It is a very special moment for both of us. Sometimes the kids join in too.

Azadeh jan, pedro and Esfand Aashena.....

by KavehAhangarAdel on

@Azadeh: thank you.  I have always been a big fan of body language doing the work rather than words. The part about the truth, isn't it always there in front of us? We just choose to not see nor hear it! :) thanks again.

@pedro: The environmental/political angle in your interpretation was excellent. That's what I like about art...... no right or wrong. Just the ability to allow creativity to flex its muscle! Thanks

@Esfand Aashena:Haha :), point well taken!  Then, maybe we should sit down and actually have some tea! Maybe we'll find  that opening our eyes and "growing" some ears is not a bad thing afterall! cheers.

British

by pedro on

Looks like 3 English man, can't make up their mind.

One says: we should own all oceans and waterways, then we can tax users.

Other one says: On top of that all the world resources should be ours to do as we please.

Third one says: If we own all the oil wells , then we own everything else naturally.

I don't think this matter is going to be resolved over tea, they should go to India and spend a a few weeks shooting as many tigers as they can so they can relax a bit. I'm sure in the process of killing Innocent animals they'll reach an agreement that would benefit Britain.

Azadeh Azad

I love this

by Azadeh Azad on

Each one knows part of the truth, but does not want to sit and share it (over tea) with others and get to see the whole truth (of the boiling kettle.) Well done, Kaveh jan. I love the way you have drawn their body language :-)

Cheers,

Azadeh
