May I dance with you?

The room I had rented in the Palermo neighborhood in Buenos Aires had poor internet access. So unfortunately I had to leave a very nice part of town and the good people I shared the house with. Fortunately where I ended up turned out to be much better. Much much better [photo essay]. It's a newly-renovated furnished studio with all the amenities and utilities included ($600 per month). And the best part is that it's in San Telmo, the artsy, rustic part of Buenos Aires. Feels like early 20th century Paris or something. Antique cafes, boutiques, buildings, people, with the sound of tango always close by. Enjoy these clips I filmed hours ago at the Sunday market:

هر چند که نمیشه گفت بالا ترین و بهترین لذت رقصیدن ولی قطعا یکی از بهترین‌ها هست چه با تکنیک چه بدون تکنیک

I agree that singing is a more impressive substitute to dancing:)

Presenting with respect, honesty and openness is the most valuable gift that a person could donate to the world.

Dance & Desire

by Jahanshah Javid on

Thanks for the quote Disenchanted and Ahang. I wish I could dance but I'm very clumsy. I have to compensate in other ways to express desire :)

Thanks Red Wine jan for the information. Tango could be the perfect kind of music, mixing joy and sadness in equal measures :)

$600 a month seem fine for a US person.

Although I can't see the video clips yet, I think $600 is fine, though for someone in Argentine I can imagine it's a bit too much for a studio.  Is Argentine an expensive country, Buenos Aires expensive like Hong Kong or something?

I'm hearing the Falkland Islands problems are going to start again and there may be another war!  Are you hearing anything there?  Is your Spanish any good to understand the news or are you depending on "BBC" for this?  !

Tango has been developed by Italian and Spanish immigrants in Argentina, the tango is a dance of feeling, is a dance for those who want to feel the love and passion together. The tango has been a way of peacfull protest for who have left their country for the guilt of hunger and poor politics of their native country. If there is no beat there is no tango.Tango can save your life, and it will break your heart.

The tango is a dance of two, two birds, two souls who want to leave their earthly body.

The tango is for those who can feel the life in the true sense of his own.

Have fun dear Jahanshah.
