Government officials from Tehran's District Attorney (and intelligence ministry) have closed in on Mousavi and Karrubi today.  Shutting down office of Karrubi, office of his party (National Trust) and website (saham news), arresting two major advisors and representatives of candidates into the election watch committee as well as the committee that was researching on torture and ill-treatment of political after-ellection detainees shows that it will be very soon that both opposition leaders will be under siege.  

Today they have arrested Alireza Beheshti, the son of ayatiollah Beheshti (one of  the founders of Islamic Revolution and first judiciary chief of the country after the 1979 revolution.)  The other detainee today was Morteza Elviri, 3 times MP and Karrubi's advisor.  This is just one day after authorities shut down the office of a committee that was created by two candidate to research in the situation of the political prisoners and confiscated all of their documents and computers that stored information about their sources.

legations of rape and ill-treatment of prisoners was probably the last straw to brake the Camel.  The assembly of combatant clergy has issued a warning to opposition and Ahmadinejad simultaneously asking for calm and warning the high ranking ulamah in Qom to not vacate their support of the Dear Leader. 

Connecting the dots, one can also add that Ayatollah Khamenei is going to deliver the Friday prayer this week, which can well be used as a signal or additional fire power to what is being done gradually in the past few days.  At the end of the day it appears that the Green movement shall be preparing the response to the arrests of the two dissidents and their major supporters, probably Khatami, Saneyi, Montazeri.  This would be the last screen of the coup d'etat that sepah and Ahmadinejad were planning under ayatollah Khamenei's green light.  I suspect dark days are ahead of us.
