Catechism

Catechism

Will tomorrow bring sorrow?
Will the sun rise?

Or the past's allure
Do we fantasize?

And whence freedom comes?
At what price?

Life's transience
Nothing justifies!

Bitter is our demise.
Or perhaps sweeter than our lives?

Should you a knave catechize?
Or seek a zealot's advice?

yes. You were successful in keeping the Rhyme. Not an easy task to do in translations.

Dear Abbas & Anahid:

Dear Abbas: Thanks for the compliment.

Dear Anahid: I didn't use Google. I've never used google for translation of any type.

I wanted to keep the rhyme and, fortunately, I was somewhat successful.

Thanks for the interest.

GR, Did you really translate Orang's poem or

did you use Google Translate?

A as Abbas

Technically speaking...

This is an adaptation, not a translation.

It is very good, by the way.

The Original Poem: Orang Gholikhani

by G. Rahmanian on
