Musings of a former chicken

Yesterday, after IAEA inspectors returned from their second failed mission to Iran within a month, the Atomic Agency’s Director-General Yukiya Amano said:

"It is disappointing that Iran did not accept our request to visit Parchin during the first or second meetings. We engaged in a constructive spirit, but no agreement was reached."

At about the same time in Tehran, the Head Islamist  told a gathering of “nuclear scientists”:

"We are not after an atomic weapon. We want to break the supremacy (of the world powers) that relies on nuclear weapons. God willing, the nation will reach this goal,"

Keeping in mind that  "Patriotism is the last refuge of a scoundrel", putting aside the conundrums of at what price and to what end the “supremacy” of the world powers is to be broken, why Iran has to do it and with what,  two observations and one question.

One, all Islamists in Iran habitually use “taghieh”; their practice of lying like there is no tomorrow.

Two, few days ago the Head Islamist publicly announced that they have indeed been supporting in all possible manners all those who fight Israel, which for the past 33 years they had  adamantly denied doing.

Question:

Could the words of such proven messianic Islamist liars who intend to “manage the world” be trusted about not being "after an atomic weapon"?

Before it is too late, the sane world has to help Iranian people to overthrow the Islamists, “reformers” and all.
