What ZioFreddy Really Means!
by HHH on Sat Jan 14, 2012 09:50 PM PSTHe's talking about the Orthodox Jews, the real Jews (As opposed to Zionists) who are against Israeli occupation of Palestine! The same rabbis who met with Ahmadinejad.

by Fred on Sat Dec 24, 2011 04:54 AM PSTThank you for the update.
Nothing else was and is expected of the great state of Israel, the one and only democracy in the Middle East, which is the one and only strategic, cultural/historical and true friend of the Iranian people.
Take care.

by Aviva on Sat Dec 24, 2011 03:42 AM PST...and from that day there is a sign inside every bus in Israel saying :
" Each passenger is free to sit where ever he chooses, except on seats reserved for people with special needs, bothering a passenger about this matter is considered trepassing the law"!
sorry, I can not insert the oic of the sign here.

Troubling trends in Israel
by maghshoosh on Tue Dec 20, 2011 07:53 PM PSTDearest Fred,
While we all share the hope that voices of reason & moderation may prevail over religious extremism & intolerance in various societies, your optimism about the trend in Israel may be misplaced. Here's a 2009 report by Britain's Ch.4 on religious extremism (of various tendencies) in Israel: part 1, part 2, part 3.
In the 2 years since that piece was aired various right-wing & religious factions have become even more united & assertive in Israel, to the point that their pundits now talk of a settler-religious cultural revolution taking place.
Vohoosh
by jirandoust on Tue Dec 20, 2011 06:22 PM PSTFred,
I am glad you recognize religious "vohoosh" regardless of which one of these 3 Abrahamic religions they believe in. Jewish vohoosh can do as much harm to Isreali people as Islamic vohoosh have been doing to Iranians. And let's not forget the Dark Ages created by christian vohoosh in Europe which kept that continent and its people at stand still for centuries.

The glaringly obvious message of Fred's blog that the religious extremists are part of the fabric of both Iran and Israel's society, except in one country religious extremists rule and dictate and in the other, democraticaly elected representatives of the people, would only be above the comprehension level of a "Khar mazhab".....
"Personal business must yield to collective interest."
