I saw this film last weekend and was astonished by the emotional suspense, good acting and great cinematography which made me even forget it was an Iranian movie. The film is also an indirect tribute to Michelangelo Antonioni's  L’Avventura.

About Elly has recieved very good reviews in France and has got a wide nationwide distribution here which is quite rare for Iranian films in general including for Kiarostami or Makhmalbaf films.

Very interesting plot. I hope it will get the same kind of distribution here as it has in France. Thank you.
