In an interview with FRANCE 24, Reza Pahlavi, the exiled son of Iran's last Shah, called on his compatriots to "refuse to cooperate with the regime" and develop a grassroots political transition movement based on "civil disobedience".

If you noticed the new slogans heard in Iran protests have been "Referandum, Referandum".

Now he should articulate the question. This constitution or that one.
I understand he doesn't want to alienate 'republicans' from the secular movement but you can't succeed unless you are clear. That the form of future secular system needs a national debate in a free environment, and we should start our choice between two existing constitution, one historically representing secular and modern movement and... of-course the other one!
This will remain our choice for foreseeable future, regardless who is in power.
