Revolution?

Iranians. Come to your senses. Get off the streets and tend to your lives and thank the almighty for what you got. Only God has the power to remove this fascist regime. Stop breaking your parents hearts. Mosavi does not represent you. He has a grave waiting for him just like all man. He just called for his own martyrdom which brings him to the level of the mullas. Reports are out that he has called for a massive demonstration if he got arrested; so more people would die for HIS CAUSE! Do not follow this guy. This is not your revolution. You must first start a revolution in your heart. Trust your Savior Jesus  and he'll take care of you. I challenge anyone who disagrees. This is not the fight for ordinary citizens.

So Narrow-minded

by Neda N (not verified) on

Cezare, you are so mistaken and narrow-minded that I'm not even going to point out in which areas you're wrong.
You're so worthless it's not even funny. You're just trying to find meaning in your life by stating your narrow-minded opinion about Iranians and God!
Go mind your own business (that is if you have one)!

What can I say. Believe or

by cezare on

What can I say. Believe or not to believe? Choice is yours. I am not brandishing the Jihad sword here. Listen you atheistes, agnostics, marxists and all unbelievers. Its Okay. No one is twisting your arm to believe anything. Just be respectful of people when they are preaching peacably. My weapon is the Word of God unlike Islam's sword. The Word of God has power to convict a person unlike the sword of Islam that sheds innocent blood!Oh and simorg; being born a Christian doesn't mean anything. It's the relationship you have with him that has meaning. Love you guys. I suggest taking Natalia's advise. She's the one who has got it. This site is not for bitter strife but to build the human spirit in these dark times.

And first amendment for all.....

by Simorg on

Cezare;   By now I am convinced that you really are out of touch.  You need to get laid or your head is going to explode from all the garbage you have stuffed in it.  You tell us Iranians outside of Iran to go back and exercise free speech over there!  Wow, thanks for the advice.  We are actually working on it as we write this blog and are getting murdered over it.  Why don't you go and preach your nonsense over there and may be you can convert some lost Basijis, mullahs and revolutionary guards.  Those poor souls, I am afraid, will not be able to see the heavenly father.  And while you are at it, as a Basiji puts a bullet in your chest, you can tell them that you are exercising your first amendment right.  Sounds like a deal to me.  Do unto others as you wish done to you: I believe Jesus said that.

By the way FYI, Iranian youth are the fastest growing population becoming atheists.  Faster than Europe and North America.  I am an Iranian-Armenian and was born Christian!  All my life, I have not heard more bolony than Christianity (even more so than Islam!).  I mean vigin birth, heavn and hell, holy ghost, resurrection, angels and demons, the guy is his own father & on and on....  It's just a bunch of fairy tale my poor Cezare.

As one of my UN-favorite philosophers, Karl Marx, said: Religion is for two kinds of man.  The common man (you, Cezare) believes in it and the smart man (Ayatollah, Pope, Taliban, Al Queda) uses it.  I hope that I have opened up your eyes to think rationally for yourself and stop quoting bible when you come short in argument.  And finally, please stop pretending you are being crucified.  It's an online discussion for Christ's sake.

no to lies

by spirit of sahara (not verified) on

What is this obsession you have with mortality? Are you suggesting Jesus didn't die? He was a man just like anyone else. He breathed, ate and slept, etc, as any other human being. Generally, Iranians are in no mindset to become Christians. They may become atheists, agnostics, spiritual, and certain vulnerable people may consider Zartoshti, or Baha’i, but Christianity is just nonsense. Some may pretend to be Christians to pick up girls, for benefits, etc. The number who genuinely becomes Christian are really low. I am so proud of Iranians that after such abuse by religion, they are NOT running towards another religion. This is logic at work, and I hope someday you too will develop that within yourself.

Please think carefully, and wisely about Christianity, and tell me whether what you see is not a fake god, total lies and backwardness. And start by looking at yourself.

Ok Cezare

My name is really Fatemeh Zandipour and I'm from Tehran and used to live on blah blah blah street.  Does that make you feel better?  Of course not!  My name is no more Fatemeh than yours is Cezare!  And it makes you, like, a real person to use a name?  Get over yourself already!  You act all holier than thou and yet you accuse me of being a facist!  Dude, you have NO idea who you're talking to or WHAT you're talking about.  I'm all about religious freedom.  I dig it and I wish everyone would as well.  But you?  No, you are one of those chest beating, crazed-eyed individuals acting like you're all that.  What... from God's mouth to your ears?  I don't think so.  I've spent 54 years living my life as a Christian and I'm pretty familiar with most of the Christian faiths.  This bible you're talking about... uh, excuse me, when did it come out and who supports it?  I asked you before.  What religious order do you belong to?  Can you at least answer that?

And remember, those 1st amendment rights apply to me as well.

Anonymoue fish. At least I am using my real name unlike you who does not have the courage to reveal yours. What makes you think I am offensive to Iranians when they are the fastest growing christian converts in the world? Hey you don't want to hear it, then kindly keep your derogatory and offensive remarks to yourself. See, your attitude just shows what an intolerable fascist you really are. You are incapable of retorting with an answer that will challenge my doctrine with theology, but you just come out swinging because you don't like what you hear. Again to all of you Iranians who are living outside of Iran. Respect the first amendment rights or go live in a country where they do not have such rights, a place perfectly suitable for you. You are presenting a bad image of Iranians.

I'm done with this.  Apparently he is Iranian so I'm not going to expose myself to anti-Iranian comments but at least I feel better in my mind.  This guy is muy loco!  Just another garden-variety born-again clueless religious nut.

Nadia.  I totally agree that his ranting is extremely offensive to iranians right now in particular.  This revolution is about many things, not the least of which is the lack of seperation between church and state, something I've always had a problem with even here.  We may differ on the importance of religion per se but we can absolutely agree about that.

My poor, poor fellow

by cezare on

My poor, poor fellow Iranians. How my heart goes out to you. On this
blog I have been spat upon accused and accursed but then again I
remember how my Savior was spat upon, beaten and cursed. He said; ..In
this world you will be hated of men.." and how true that is.  Even the
mention of His Holy name stirs the people up in anger, anger that will
only bring heart ache. Oh precious people how you have been kept away
from knowing the true God who loves you and is calling you by name. All
these years you have been fed a false God Allah who is not a "Father"
and is the enemy of your souls. Is it any wonder now that all of you
have turned away from the true God who is a Father and Savior of your
souls.

Please let me make some facts clear and don't be aroused by anger
like some people on this blog who cannot control their emotions and
live for revenge and lust for blood. Think with your heart and mind as
I disclose some facts about the true God who is knocking at the door of
your hearts. On this blog ignorant people label Christianity as a
religion but christianity is not a religion. It is a personal
relationship with the living God. Jesus Christ rebuked religion and
tore the veil of religion in half in His death ..."and the veil of the
temple was rent in twain {half} from the top to the bottom."Mark 15:38

Jesus Christ labeled religion as the "mother of harlots" and called
it a "Whore." this from the the mouth of the Saviour Himself. {is it
any wonder he received the death sentence} but his death was for us.

True Christians are free from religion and its laws. Moslem people
do not realize this freedom because of the veil of religion forced upon
them by Islam over the centuries. People on this blog accuse christians
as religous nutjobs and words I cannot repeat. They say that you are
the roots of crusaders and so forth. let me be the first to tell you,
catholosism is not christianity. Catholicism is a religous
establishment condemned by the Lord and he has threatend the church to
spit it out of His mouth lest they repent and turn away.

Jesus christ crushed religion yet the catholic church and Islam
organized it back on its feet. Catholosism and Islam are the children
of the "Great harlot."  I am only among a few to say that not a single
pope or Ayotollah will enter heaven. They will be shut out of the
kingdom of God forever for deceiving people.

Listen beloved ones I know I have offended many. But Christ is
knocking at the door of your heart. Open the door and let him in. If
you open the door to Allah you will see a frown and a stick with the
fires of hell behind him. Open the door to Jesus and he'll greet you
with a smile and open arms and he will embrace you and kiss you and put
a ring on your finger and and call you by a new name that only He will
know.  Then you will see the scars of the wounds of His great sacrifice
that he suffered for you and me.

He will walk with you and show you all the good things He has in
store for you. My fellow Iranians, Jesus Christ is a great Savior; what
ever you do do not shut the door on His face. he loves you and is
calling His people to Him as time is running out on this age. God
became a man to save us from our sin. Believe that and you will see how
blessed you will be.

Moslems object for being sinners. But the truth is" all men have
sinned and have fallen short of the glory of God." This sin is unbelief
in the true living God. Do not go to sleep at night with this sin in
you. Turn to Him and be saved.

I know I will get the sharks and the unbelievers ruthless comments,
but it's okay. I am used to them. I have been unable to tend to my
business over the past few days and had restlessnights, but I know it
was for a good reason. My prayer for my people is to to see this
revelation.

I am not against religion per se rather individuals that use it to force their beliefs on others.

At my age, I have come to understand that religion is man made (no offense to the men) and not by God.

I hope that this clarifies my point. I also believe that cezare trying to shove his beliefs on others on this web site at this time is extremely poor timing indeed.

by anonymous fish on

Cezare... what particular religion do you follow?  Baptist, Protestant... which?

Nadia.  Do you mean no more religion on this blog or no more religion at all?  Or do you mean no more organized religion?  It's a difficult subject.  One that really has NO place at this particular time on an iranian website.  But I'm not an advocate of no more religion.  It's man who has crimelized religion, not God.

Preaching fairy tales?

by Simorg on

Cezare,  I have taken a deep breath thanks to you.  I am not sure if I need to waste my time any more on this subject.  Let me be clear you are not our problem.  Our problem at this time is the other religion (Islam).  If I am mad at you, its because of your overwhelming ignorance and tunnel vision.   Since you are such a believer in your savior, why don't you go on the ground and preach to Mullahs or Taliban or even Jews?  Maybe you can show them the path to enlightenment.  Preaching to a beaten population craving freedom is not the way to go.  If your savior is so great he/she can save your sorry existance when you are on the ground (like the brave people of Iran) pitching your nonsense.

What is it with all of you religious people that want to see everything through your belief.  Somethings have nothing to do with God or religion.  My final word with you is that you are a coward.  If you really believe in your savior (like the people who shed their
blood in the streets of Tehran for their cause), go there and preach or else just zip
it up!

Cyberpraching Jesus in an online community dedicated to a secular Iran is like going to a gay bar and trying to convince them on the merits of heterosexuality (maybe you have already done it).

Wow Slow down Simorg tiger take a deep breath and watch your mouth. What is it with people like who who are unable to control their emotions and engage in an intelligent gentlemanly manner to bring a conversation to an end? You got some serious anger problems friend, but also you throw around a lot of accusations without proof. How dare I preach religion? For your information Christians are not religious they are ant-religion. Who are you? Are you a scholar or savior of the people of Iran? I have a huge God and are you gonna stop him little man? Listen the people of Iran are hungry for the salvation of the Lord wether you like it or not. The runaway gospel train is going through town, do you think you can stop it? You know nothing of history nor theology. But I give you credit for you boldness since you are great at taking pot-shots at people who know history and theology.  You want to engage in an intelligent conversation bring it on or else step aside and let people be aquainted with their savior.

This is response to Cezare.  I am not a blogger and don't have much time on my hands to write BS on the web, but I had to register with Iranian.com just to respond to you.

Whomever uses god, religion, allah, jesus, zeus, krishna, islam, amoun, and so on to push their agenda is either delusional or a crook.  I think you are a jesus freak delusional.  How dare you preaching your religion (christianity) to the people who are shedding their blood on the streets of Iran for their freedom.  It is religous nut jobs like you who turned our beloved Iran into a living hell.  If it was up to you, we would have Christian Republic of Iran imposing imposing its tyrranical rule on its subjects (people).  We all know what you Christians did in Europe and South America only a few centuries ago.  I don't know what nationality you are, but you have no right telling us what to do.  Too bad there is no hell for people like you and mullahs to burn.

Christians

by cezare on

I am the only Christian on this Blog? God I hope not! If you are it is time to speak up for Him. These young people should know that they don't have to die in cold blood when Christ died for them. Those who mock their own creator have a thing coming to them. And I am not ralking about the moon god "Allah." There is a grave waiting for everyman. Some will go earlier than others and those who encourage death instead of life are the real enemy.

The Iranian peopel are not aquainted with the true and only God their savior; all they know is the fake God Allah! It is our duty as Christians who are in the land of the free to impart this knowledge of truth to these young people. Human beings by nature love the smell of blood including Mossavi and all who favor the protests. There will be more blood shed. I hope you all will take a good look at the mirror to see the reflection of evil those who went to sleep after seeing the death of that young woman live on TV.

Wisdom belongs to the humble man. The most precious asset of a human being. Are you humble those of you who call for another bloody revolution? First make a revolution in your heart then you will see the power you will be imparted from above. Those of you unbelievers may scoff and laugh it off. But you won't laugh when your grave will call you. Mosavi, be a man and defend the truth if you dare. Proclaim jesus Christ as your savior. Your call to martyrdom is only good for your own cause and not the cause of souls.  You want to be a true friend and advocate of the oppressed, call upon all to embrace the Great Savior God who has shown favor to you in the first place.

End Of Islamic Republic?

by Ramtin (not verified) on

If folks are demonstrating against IRI then:

1.) Why do the women which number many tens of thousands (if not a lot more) continue to weir their chador/roosari? Simultaneously take them off.. what can Basij do? Nothing

2.) Why do they drape IRI flags around them when in protest and carry dual pictures of Khomeini/Mousavi (founding father of IRI and his right hand man).

3.) Why do they chant Islamic slogans like "Allah Akbar" and not Persian slogans?

4.) Why do they cover their faces so they are unrecognisable? If this is truly the end of IRI then there is no need to fear retribution.. remember only 1 million people or less actually support IRI in the whole of the country.. and those people will eventually see the light. Heck even Khameini and Ahmadinejad probably don't support it! :)

The best you people could hope for is further reforms and a return to Khatami era. Get these silly notions of rolling the red carpet for Mr. Pahlavi out of your heads.
