And I hope Mash Ghasem will have a change of heart.

I saw a post from our dear Mash Ghasem that he was leaving IC as a result of, apparently, an unfair deletion of a post/comment.

I have always enjoyed MG wit and wisdom and find him very intelligent and honorable and I hope, really hope that he will reconsider and come back.

We are losing many of the great contributors on IC and that is sad for our little community.

Although I did not look into details of the dispute, but I think IC will be missing one of its valuable contributor, specially in light of the fact that many not so great are joining just to discredit this site by spamming it with junk/hate message.

A couple of blogs, Admin said that MG had copied and pasted things from another site, and this stifled originality (or along those lines). I did not say anything, but wish I had. There are people who post just a video for a blog, or a poem by another poet as a blog, and that seems OK, but not sure why Admin made such an issue with MG. I did not see everything that went on lately, but did see 2 blogs of his get deleted for this reason. If there was more going on I did not see it.

I really enjoyed his informative comments, he really is a great contributor. What a loss it would be to this site if someone of his calibre left over a small misunderstanding with Admin and blogs. I hope he will reconsider, for the sake of IC readers who enjoy reading his comments.

Sad to see both leave and agree with MM as this would be a victory for those who push them out.

Mehrdad jan and AH you're too kind. And that joke by Framarz, it's enough to get ya verklempt. MG told me, to tell you, he's  actually been around. He was just going over all the jokes* he had posted here, and the conversion from tis to MG! He just gets a little touchy feely about:

1) "...Javadieh, Amirieh, Monireh, Gomrok, it makes no difference..."**

2) Emran Salahi, especially the poem " Man Bacheh Javadieh'am"

3) Incredibly careless and uninformed 'editorialship.' That's all.

i never saw the post that mg said that he is leaving but i think i saw the comment that was about deletion of his post. so where did mg say he is leaving and may be he can be persuaded not to leave.

I hope she will change her mind and will be back very soon. Hafez for beginner had very interesting points. At least she was passionate and very well mannered. I deplore her departure. Although she explained her reason for that, but honestly I couldn't follow. It seems that some of the users here are constantly harassing her?!!

Anyway, for me, Afsaneh's departure is a loss .

About Mash Ghasem, well, it would be a loss too, but I am sure he will use his other usdername and will stay here. So, I worry less.
