Israelis who love Iranians (and vice versa)

Israelis who love Iranians (and vice versa)
by Ari Siletz

Haaretz reports that a new online call for peace between Iran and Israel is receiving a growing number of supporters on facebook. The idea is to send a photo of yourself with the words, "Iranians we "heart" you. We will never bomb your country." It seems Iranians are responding by creating their own "love Israelis" postings, though the pics are somewhat more anonymous.  You can view the submissions (and submit your own pictures) here.

Thanks for the post

The unity of Israeli and Iranian people is the basic necessity for overthrowing ruling mullahs in Iran. Hopefully we will do it this year.

Thanks, Ari. Expressing Love & Peace to the Israelis is the perfect gesture for the Nowruz holidays!

Happy Nowruz & Spring Equinox to all Israelis,

Azadeh

A Great Idea!

by G. Rahmanian on

Thanks, Ari. This is much better. By bringing this to our attention, you have finally done something positive for the peace in the Middle East.

Please let me know if my comment was not condescending enough!

Let's get the control from maniacs

by RostamZ on

This is a good gesture for people of the two country to express their feeling toward each other. Iran by no means ever had any quarrel with Israelis. This is the stupid Mullahs making and ordinary Iranians have nothing to do with it.

vildemose

A very worthwhile campaign

by vildemose on

A very worthwhile campaign for peace. We love Israelis too.

Now, we should do the same as Iranians. Can we bring ourselves to do that for the sake of peace?? I am not so hopeful.

One more question from "Mr.1967 Borders"

by Siamak Asadian on

Before my query it should be announced that "Mr. 1967 Borders," has also recived the Global Prize for Anal Retentiveness of the Year, for his daily retentive mentioning of the 1967 borders.

And now the question.

How come is it that 172 million Arabs, not only lag light years behind 7 million Jewish population of Israel in technology and industry, yet by their vast numerical "superiority" they have been defeated over  and over and over  again? Please elaborate.

את מבינה?

Before getting too sentimental and pumping out some tears of happiness here, one has to be fully aware of the subliminal message which is pointing out Israeli's (supposed) superiority in these otherwise friendly-looking images..............

Israelis shouldn't dare bombing my homeland, otherwise all hell will break loose on them...........They can not afford a war with Iran........

Mohammad Ala

Good job and good gesture

by Mohammad Ala on

Good for people to do this.  It is important for peace and understanding each other.

I am not sure if there is a different site for Iranians to post their own pix but I am going to send my own pix along with warm and best wish to the Israeli people and to express my admiration for the peace loving jewish people in Israel.
