as a matter of fact the strangers had decided Iran should have NUC-Plants. As far as is known the american Imperialists wanted to install 12 such plants, the other 7 should be installed by europians. The actuall and real reason for such dicisions was: The Iranian`s Mony should flow through huge endless and allways hungry for other Poelpe`s mony. Besides Iran should get its energy supply by those Plants which of course would work only under Controll of the Godless strangers in order even more "clean ebergy" could be stollen from that Country. The most honest ones were the Germans. They were active in Bushehr. Also in Ramssar should the strangers install a Plant. I think the most antipathy and dislike toward NUC-Plants by Iranian nation in 1977 came from the fact that every iranian knew NUC-Plants under those circumstances would open even more possibilities for the devils to occupy Iran more sure and as long as for an endless time. It must had been a hard struggle to rescue the Plans of the Plants which were allready paid by Iran from being stollen by those individualls who had to live the country, those strangers. Today is the honorable Iranian nation confessed: NUC-Energy is its most natural and obvious right in thier own management, under thier own Controll. The barkings and gruntings which come from the so named "free world" against installation of NUC-Plants in the ISLAMIC REPUBLIC of IRAN is the aftereffect of having lost those profirable apportunities. The Iranian nation - to that nation count up to my opinion only the ones who have founded theie ISLAMIC REPUBLIC of IRAn, are living there and are willing to protect what they have achieved during the last 30 years - looks foreward to a glorious Future. So for the Iranians in the Diaspora there is no obvious reason to worry at all. And they must not quarel and be at logerhead with each other. On other day I could read in a comment in the "IRANIAN" that by visiting Iran one sees that the man on the street is corrupt. It means to me: Iranians do not like foreigners and Iranians who come from abroad. they have had thier experiences with those individuals. Taking a jab at Shirin Ebadi has become Hoder's obsession. Even in his appology he is taking a jab at Shirin Ebadi. This is a breath of fresh air both 'needed' and 'refreshing' for all of us who know childish jealousy from our own experience and witnessed it in our society. I am delighted to hear from you again. I lost touch with you since Khiaboon Gomrok of Tehran went under the transformation into a water park. I had heard from Khanoon Salehi that you had moved to Fatemi Square and spend some hours near Aban St. Anyway, I want to respond to your comments.

I have always been pro-nuclear for Iran and I don't understand how you can call Hoder's 180 degree turn in a span of 3 years, 'refreshing'? Judging by the number of comments you and a few others have posted, you my dear cousin are in the minority here. I really don't call indexing of other people's work and cut/paste referenced articles as original work, so there is no need for counter argument. I have always stressed the need to nuclear energy and been firm in my conviction. And it did not take a pipe freeze up at my parent's house to decide Iran should have nuclear energy.

Who said 'the whole world' is to think like me? Read Hoder's words and you see that he is writing a prescription for all Iranians. That is coming from a guy who did not even finish his degree in sociology and now he is discussing world energy resources with the help of other people's written work. And furthermore, who is he to recommend that this information should be transferred to Iran? Iran has plenty of talent and brain as you pointed out, so what is the point of saying something redundant? They know what they are doing-more than me and you (Hoder Yoder).

The main point of the article is a blanket appology for Hoder's previous stance on nuclear energy and that is the only point. If you find that fascinating well knock yourself out.

Anyhow, I hope the winter cold does not bother you that much and be careful walking on the sidewalks. They can be slippery!

No one says that Iran should or should not have nuclear energy if it needs it. The issue is whether the terroists who are running the country need it. Iranians do not have to live in misery until the day they get a new regime. They do not have to boycott living their lives until they get a new type of government.

Shirin Ebadi has never ever said that Iran should not have nuclear technology or nuclear reactors, or even uranium enrichment. In fact, she has always emphasized that these are Iran's fundamental right.

In an article that she published with a scientist colleague and energy expert (in Los Angeles Times and the International Herald Tribune) two years ago she said that, instead of focusing so much on Iran's nuclear program, the West should help Iran move toward a democratic government, because with a democratic political system in place, the government would act transparently and, therefore, the world would know everything that needs to know about Iran's nuclear program. The article gave good examples: South Africa and India (two democracies) vs. North Korea and Pakistan, two dictatorship.
That was true then, and it is even more true today.

You, hoder, have no expertise about energy, nuclear energy, and so on, and your mission in life seems to be attacking Shirin Ebadi. In the present article which has nothing to do with her, you attack her again.

Ebadi has stayed in Iran and at almost 61 she is doing what she can to defend the rights of Iranian people. We can agree or disagree with her, but the fact is, it is easy to use hot rhetoric against our opposition or attack them, but not so when you are in Tehran.

This goes to show that it took you 3 years to sense which way the wind was blowing! It is not based on your area of expertise or education since you are a self proclaimed political analyst. You know computers and internet so that makes you an expert in world energy resources as well. And to make things worse the latest cold weather in Iran made you decide to change you view. What a moron! What happened? You must have called home to find out that your pipes had frozen!

When counrties like Japan and france build nuclear reactor it's because they don't have any other natural resources.Iran has second largest gas reserve in the world after Russia. You can burn this gas, export this gas do what ever you want and you will still have plenty of left overs.
