What is picture of Neda Agha Soltan doing in this song?

Which is suppose to be a sort of an erotic song, talking about wetness and stuff slippery! It's a great song. I've never seen a picture of Neda in any other videos of this song
(there's only  three other versions) Not the most appropriate graphic
juxtaposition. Does anyone have the lyrics for this song?

The last part of the song is the best Namjo vocals I've heard yet. For
me (as exaggerated as it might sound) its almost a sort of a 
combination of Banan and Shajarian, plus some superb Seh Tar. Bravo Mr.
Namjo. Encore.
