A soldier, a young woman, a colonel, and an old woman board a train. Nobody, save one of them, can explain what happens next. Director Ehsan Amani was born in 1948. For many years he worked in advertising, and acted in feature films such as Crimson Gold, Abadan, and Kandelus Gardens. He directs short films and documentaries.

Faulkner & Rumi

A very well done video! In my opinion, it is in the same vein of William Faulkner's book "As I Lay Dying" which one story is told by different characters and each time, the reader would see a different angel of the story.

Also, reminds me of Rumi's poem who says: "They become my friends by their own concepts of me not what I really am." (har kasi az zann-e khod shod yaar-e man/ az daroun-e man najost asraar-e man.) In this story, each character sees the sound of slap according to their own concepts.

I enjoyed watching it.
