pretty dog, nice relationship with owners
by Anonymous46 (not verified) on Tue Jun 17, 2008 08:11 AM PDTWhat I see is a smart and sweet dog interacting with its owners, and not a "sick game". I don't see why some readers of this site insist on seeing everything negatively.
LA crowd
by XerXes (not verified) on Tue Jun 17, 2008 08:10 AM PDTAct civilized but as you can see are as harsh as a human can get. I certainly don't want them back to Iran for good...Just for a visit so they can spend money but stay in LA where they belong
So cute
by Jahanshah Javid on Tue Jun 17, 2008 07:07 AM PDTThe dog is frustrated but he knows it's a game and he's playing along. Wish I had a dog like Mishka :o)
Abuse
by Anonymous45 (not verified) on Tue Jun 17, 2008 05:17 AM PDTYou could see that the dog is not happy. He wanted to play and come close and be petted. I hate it when Iranians get a dog and then force him to one corner of the house or chain him.
Sensetive and Caring but Not Persian

Dear Not Persian,
Few years back in Netherlands, a weekly satire show called "Kopspijker"(I bet nobody can pronounce it except Payam) came up with a Talking and Singing Dogs Rival contest which was included in 3 episodes of the show with the intention to tease the Idol crap and all, as at the fever towards such rubbish was high at the time.
People were amazed and dogs and owners were praised on having such extraordinary communication skills.
The main show had a +4million sat. night audience(Netherlands population 16m)and nobody called it an abuse, despite Dutch, being master of nag.
In this clip, dog's tail is held only in two positions; Stiff Up Right(means alertness, ready to communicate or following commands) and Wagging(I am happy and ready to play or lick the skin off your face).
Apparently the dog's voice sounds like crying to an inexperienced ear and made you feel sorry for this cute and well trained dog.
Never the less I think you are a very sensitive and caring person.
Lovely, and the owner speaks Dutch too...
by پیام on Tue Jun 17, 2008 12:24 AM PDTSome of the commando's given are in Dutch. But khodemoonima, what a lovely dog!

Dear Not Persian
by Persian (not verified) on Mon Jun 16, 2008 05:43 PM PDTI am really curious to know what you thought was abusive about the treatment of that dog?! It is so obvious to me that the owner loves that dog. She was talking and paying attention to her.
typical persian, abusing a poor dog
by Not Persian (not verified) on Mon Jun 16, 2008 04:05 PM PDTsiko, why are they playing this sick game with this poor dog. Some people don't deserve to have a pet.
