Please don't insult our

by Anonymouskll (not verified) on

Please don't insult our "agha" and "sarvar".
He was a great Muslim and was sent by GOD to save "ajams" from their ignorance. GOD had a plan when he sent his grandfather, Sayid Ahmad Musawi Hindi, from India to Iran.

Ayatollah Ozma Khomeini said it best in a speech in Qom when he said: "We do not worship Iran, we worship Allah. For patriotism is another name for paganism. I say let this land [Iran] burn. I say let this land go up in smoke, provided Islam emerges triumphant in the rest of the world"

Think twice before you leave a comment and remember what agha said: "All those against the revolution must disappear and quickly be executed"

HEIL KHO .. I mean .. ALLAH O AKBAR

Darius KADIVAR, probably the most inteligent Iranian Monarchist

by John Carpenter III (not verified) on

Mr. Darius Kadivar is probably the most inteligent Iranian Monarchist still around. The other Monarchsits are hot heads looking to bad mouth a person without addressing the subject matter at hand.

Even though Mr. Kadivar does not always address the matter at hand his response are interesting. Would would question why he would chose movie clips from many years ago.

Todays movies are more advanced and have better special effects.

I would agree that the origional Planet of the Apes with Charleton Heston was bettter than the re-make. But, that was before I saw Michael Moore's Bowling for Columbine which showed the true "prejudice" face of Mr. Heston.

Capitulation...

by Anonymous Azadi (not verified) on

When islamists bring up "capitulation" law as the reason that shah had no integrity, that by itself shows how desperate they are to justify the atrocious islamic regime. Okay, but let's place the capitulation law in perspective.

(1) It was a bad law, but one does not overthrow a government because of an inconsequential bad law. How many persons escaped prosecution as a result of this law during its entire lifetime? Zero that I know!

(2) Same law exists in many other countries in different forms, amongst them japan and s. korea and germany and numerous asian, african, and latin countries. You do not see them overthrowing their governments because of that.

(3) Iran was (and still is) in need of western technology. Iran had not signed the far more crucial Intellectual Property law; and as a result thousands of western books and innovations were brought in and copied free of charge -- that is why technical books were freely available to universities and given to students for free or close to free. So maybe we should offset the bad albeit inconsequential capitulation law with the hugely beneficial IP protection law (or lack thereof).

(4) Now the inconsequential capitulation law is voided, replaced with dress code and discriminatory laws against women. Which one has harmed iranians more: the inconsequential capitulation law OR the oppressive dress code law and likes?

(5) Now we know that capitulation law was only an excuse that khomeini used in pursuit of his evil goals -- the cancer that has been consuming iranians for the past 30 years. Otherwise, khomeini did not give a damn about iran and iranians let alone the narrow consequences of a few that may have been the subject of petty crimes remained unjustly unpaid for.

The Islamic Republic's new

by religionofpiece (not verified) on

The Islamic Republic's new offerings:

"This is a partial translation of Khameni’s latest anti Iranian diatribe in Fars province as recorded by ISNA, Iranian Students News Agency:

"The leader of Islamic Republic of Iran, on Wednesday morning and during a gathering with Fars province’s governor and authorities declared that Persepolis or Takht-e-Jamshid is the symbol of tyranny and that it belongs to Iran’s pre Islamic Revolution’s tyrannical rulers and it’s merely a symbol of despotism of the past and it’s a throne of hatred for all true Iranian Moslems who will have to gaze upon its site! If at any point there were any doubts about Islamic Republic’s disdain for Iranians, their culture and their heritage, this should now be adequate proof.Additionally, Khamenei said that the achievements, art and literature of Iran only came to matter after the advent of Islam and Iranians' conversion to the good religion!

The best thing that Khomeini did was abolish the Iranian monarch

by Faribors Maleknasri M.D. (not verified) on

The Imam himself meant it was not his work. It was the work of MELATTE SHAIF E IRAN. However some sources which do not want to be named mean: abilishing the monarch was the proof of sillyness of Iranians. !978/79 counted the abolisher 30 millions. Today they count 7ty million. all dumb, all silly. This fact is clear than the sun in Miami Beach and ever more clear than the sun in Filadelphia, pensyvania, Washington D.S., NY city and elsewhere on the world. AlloneIranians in Iran can not get it. They are, as the sources mean, toooo silly. Only a handfull frastrated and depressed Iranians who live abroad in the diaspora laking social rights living from social helps who count for the natives less than a cent, well only these few are well informed. they did not believe what the Imam said and that Iranians have followed his words and abolished and and and. The latters say the truth. The others who live today in full selfsufficiency in peace and brotherhood with their countrymates in their Islamic Republic, they are pure ignorants. But soon very soon the sources go to Iran abolish the 7ty million Iranians - those Iranians in Iran are all fanatic Mullahs - and bring the greate satan back. If that canicle would be willing to come ever back to Iran is till this moment an unswred question Greeting

And Trailer of Polanski's The Tragedy of Macbeth

"The relationship between power and corruption is dramatically presented in Roman Polanski's stunning re-creation of William Shakespeare's "Macbeth." Having ruthlessly murdered the rightful King Duncan, Macbeth assumes the kingship of Scotland, The infection of power which has gripped him, compounded with his growing sense of guilt over the immensity of his terrible deed, propel him along a blood-path of vengeance, murder, and insanity."

"crimes, corruption and lack of integrity" that pahlavis had?

by Lucifercus (not verified) on

1. the most last Perserkaiser left Iran on january 16th 1979 after on january 15th a peanuts merchant named jimmy carter had said: IT is better when shah goes. was that a sign of integrity? Now today: Bushy Bushy barks and grunts since 8 years Ahmadinejad must go. Does he go? Is he gone? No, he is not gone and he goes first when Iranians decide him to go. This is - so I think - the real integrity.
2. When his majesty made a press interview, so after a very short time made the american chief of Iran in Tehran also an interview. he said exactly and proposely the opposit of what his majesty had meant. Not enough. In the tow important afternoon newspapers in tehran was written in big letter what the american canicle had said. words of his majesty - no daught they were words of wisdom - were written in little letters on the down of paper. Is this a sign of integrity?
3. the examples are unlimmited in nummbe, but countable. there is for example the capitlation law. Up to this law the crimes of americans who "worked" in Iran Iranians had to go to american court. was that Integrity? I think not at all. has anybody a answer?
4. as his majesty was thrown out of Iranian by the honorable Iranian nation who had fopunded their Islamic Republic and live there in peace and freedom with their naighboures he called everywhere and asked for help. he gott only the answere: Mr. President has no time. His majesty had really thought he could get any help from his masters. Imam Khomaini had allready told him: ON the day that you will need help they - masters of the king - will not know you. It came as Imam had said.
What i have written hier is only my personal meaning. i give no garanty for their coorrectness.

Meaningless Rhetoric!

by Anonymous Azad (not verified) on

You have no right to insult the Iranian people.

Which iranian people and by telling them the bitter truth? The gangsters who have taken over iran are NOT iranians even if they can speak a broken farsi.

Ayatollah karrubi proudly declares that IRI donated $200M to lebanon to rebuild their demolished houses while orphan children of bam have been sleeping on the street tents since the earthquake.

khomeini who tried to rename persian gulf the islamic gulf.

khomeini who murdered tens of thousands of iranian youths and prolonged war with half a million dead.

Khomeini who upon return to iran after 15 years said that he had no feeling.

Khalkhali who said he was moslim before iranian and tried to demolish cyrus' tomb.

Rafsanjani who architected hanging of youth by cranes, who said it does not matter if he is iranian first or not.

Antarinejad who endangers iranians on a daily basis so he can free qods from jews and pass it onto arabs, the same arabs who fought alongside saddam for 8 years.

and on and on and on...

These are no iranians, and the oppressed iranians have come to know the truth bit by bit by paying a heavy price for it.

The revolution was a perfectly legitimate one it wouldn't have happened if it wasn't for the Pahlavis crimes, corruption and lack of integrity.

What is "exactly" this "crimes, corruption and lack of integrity" that pahlavis had?

I tell you what it is, it is "propaganda, exaggeration, jealousy, fanaticism with islam, lies, deceits, desire to control power and wealth of the country" Exactly! That is all!

Yes, shah killed too many, according to baghi & ganji, 371 during his entire regime from 1963, which were too many in 1978 standard, but IS the same as what khomeini killed in a single day in evin.

IRI spend $18M in the past 30 years to locate what shah and his family stole, They found nothing! NOTHING! ZILCH! ZERO!

Revolution was based on fraud, deceit, and propaganda, that shah had killed 600,000 and had stolen $20 billion. These were all lies that now we know as IRI disenchanted come out one by one and attest to it. WHY didn't the revolutionaries tell the people the truth about shah? Because they knew without lies the revolution will go nowhere, because they knew the weak point of iranians: gullibility and blind trust in fanatic religious leaders. That is what the bold islamists and leftists are saying today that they exaggerated everything by a factor of around 100 to help the revolution -- that is their word not mine.

Neither lying nor being misinformed nor being fanatically emotional changes the facts and the disastrous situation that the islamic revolution brought upon iran and iranians. The mere fact that some 4 million iranians have run away from iran, including some hardcore islamists and leftist who still favor the revolution, some 100 times larger than the number who "resided" outside iran during shah's regime, is the best evidence against the IRI regime. Even the islamists cannot tolerate living within the regime any longer and have resided in the west that they bash, yet they want the disastrous islamic regime to prolong inside iran -- that is how much iranian they are: self-serving hypocrite.

Islamist always scream with rhetoric "corruption, dictator, thief, and on and on and on", but are never able to present any solid evidence, ANY, WHATSOEVER.

Yes shah had problems, the biggest one was his softness on traitors like khomeini, khalkhali, khatami, khamanei, and any other islamist and mulla and leftist. Weeds should have been de-rooted before they spread seeds. Nonetheless he was infinitely better than any of these nationless arab lovers.

Iranian Per capita income in 1979: $2400 ($7200 in 2008 dollar).

Iranian Per capita income in 2008: $1800 (estimated).

Iranian Entire oil revenue for all years prior to 1979: $110 billion ($330 B in 2008 dollar).

Iranian Oil revenue for 2008 only: $130B (estimated).

(source: international database).

Loving khomeini or the revolution equals approving the disaster that khomeini and his revolution has brought upon iran and irnaians for the past 30 years, i.e., distruction of iran! Maybe islamist deserved islamic republic, the rest of irnaians did not.

Listen!

by Anonymous4now on

He makes two important points here.  One is that he says he does not approve of the way the wealth of the nation is being circulated and spent on “ayyashi” and that he wants to monopolize the circulation and the avenue for spending that wealth, according to his sensibilities.  Too bad no one listened to, or saw through, him.

The second point is that the imam himself, the ultimate pursuer of independence and the bastion of protection against foreign intervention, believes that the peoples of the world, and the governments of the world, should step in and affect a regime change in Iran to save Iranians from Human Rights abuses and the tyranny of the regime.  It is an irony, that the rest of the world is taking his advice to remove his tyrannical regime and his legacy from Iran, and end the ultimate abuse of Human Rights; a nuclear weapon in the hands of the mullahs.

Still there are those who are not listening to him (NIAC, CASMII, etc).

Iranians deserve no better ...

by Omid Parsi (not verified) on

I think it is pretty clear that the Shah was prophetic in his projection that Iran will become a wasteland of ignorance and corruption under the rule of the murderous Mullahs.

The revolution would have been a tragedy if you could believe that Iranian people might have ever stopped being so proud of their immense folley and massive collective ignorance. Instead it turned out to be a long dark comedy of a base and psychopathic people doing the impossible to achieve their own social and moral self-destruction.

Don't compare him with zahhak!

by Anonymous Azadi (not verified) on

Zahhak killed only two young men each day to feed his serpents. That was too many in ancient iran. Khomeini set a new standard and consumed close to the feed of 6 months of Zahhak in a single day.

//iranian.com/main/blog/jahanshah-rashidi...

Too bad that shah was so soft and incompetent to get to know khomeini-like traitors and deal with then the way they deserved. Iranian greed and gullibility bought into deceptive mullas, islamist, leftists, misguided students, and know-it-all lying intellectuals and brought us where we are today. 58 years of modernization and progress since ghajar fell went down the drain.

Khomeini killed in a single day what shah is accused of killing in his entire regime.

Khomeini was the embodiment

by jamshid on

Khomeini was the embodiment of evil on earth. Zahaak brought to life.

And just as Zahaak had to feed the serpants on his shoulders with the brains of young men on a daily basis in order to survive, Khomeini fed his ideology serpant with brains of Iranians who were blown either in the war or by execution squads.

Khomeini was one of the most evil leaders in history, definitely in the top 5. Iran was a relatively weak country. However, if Iran was a world-class power , then he would had committed more atrocities than Hitler and Stalin combined. The world was truley spared, but not Iran.

May he burn in agony in whatever hell he is, and may his supporters follow him soon.

The Best quality that Khomeini had

by John Carpenter III (not verified) on

The best thing that Khomeini did was abolish the Iranian monarchy.

There was no way that a monarchy would be able to obtain wepons from America during the Iran-Contra Affair.

President Ronald Reagan sent Rafsanjani arms and a autographed copy of the Bible during the Iran-Iraq war.
