iranians4obama.blogspot.com:
Dear friends,
We are promoting the candidacy of Barack Obama for the presidency of the United States.
We will face objections from two camps:
* The conservatives, who feel that any movement for peace between Iran and the United States implies a capitulation to the Islamic Republic. We believe the exact opposite is true: The American warmongers and neo-conservatives and the Islamic Republic's warmongers need and reenforce each other. Placing the relationship between these two countries on a rational basis will mean an opening up of Iranian society, as the rationale that Iran is under threat of Western aggression is taken out of reaction's arsenal.
* The leftists who believe that Obama is going to follow more or less the same war-mongering policies as Bush & Co. Although we have grave misgivings about much of what Obama says, we believe that an Obama presidency will mean a qualitative improvement in Iranian-American relations.
We look forward to a dialogue with those who disagree with us. We only ask them to respect عصمت قلم--the purity of the pen--and conduct themselves in a spirit of dialogue. Feelings run high on all sides, but we want to generate light and not heat.
Finally, the logo of our group is designed by Ostad Ali Reza Darvish. You are welcome to use the artwork to further Obama's candidacy or purchase buttons from us. Contact us at Iranians4Obama@gmail.com.

by IRANdokht on Fri Sep 05, 2008 02:49 PM PDTThe democratic ideas for the government, the economy and taxing the corporates, preserving the natural resources and healthcare for all etc.. show that he's with all of us.
lets not make him sound like he'll be doing anything special for us as Iranians as long as he doesn't sing bomb bomb bomb Iran joke about it, he's got my vote.
Obama is the right choice because the alternative has been tried for 8 years and failed miserably and another 4 years of the same would have devestating results for the whole world.

Zionist Conspiracy!
by Appalled (not verified) on Fri Sep 05, 2008 01:45 PM PDTPeople, People, People..........don't u see what is happening here. This Iranian for Obama pin is the work of the Zionist regime who want to show him as being on the side of the Iranians and that way scare the Americans into voting against him. They have been doing it all along by showing him wearing traditional African costume, saying that he is a Muslim, repeating that his middle name is Hussein over and over again.
Obama is the real deal!

What do you mean by "Oo ba maast"?
by Curious (not verified) on Fri Sep 05, 2008 12:27 PM PDTTo anaonymous1.0;
What do you mean by "Oo ba maast"? een pedar-sokhteha nemizarand! please explain!
If you mean he is on the side of negotiation and diplomacy rather than armed conflict with Iran, McCain is saying the exact same thing. Even Bush has been saying the same thing for the last year or two. The bottom line is that they all know that war would not solve anything.
DO NOT FORGET or maybe unbeknownst to some, Obama also said recently that regardless of full-fledged diplomacy and negotiations with mullahs, all options would still remain on the table!!!
If by oo ba maast, you mean he is on the side of mullah criminals of Iran and will give them carte blanch to build their bomb and drop it on Israel with absolute impunity, I've got news for you! you guys are sorely mistaken!
Yes there is a website for McCain
