I live near Tokyo and love Iranian food but haven't tried this restaurant yet. Better put it on the list!

I know that the programme this is from runs the food of each country for a week. Perhaps the OP put the rest of the week's recipes up on YouTube??

Also, don't be misled by the subtitles. It's almost standard here for the TV stations to "correct" even Japanese people's spoken Japanese. The guy speaks excellent Japanese. I do wonder about the recipe calling split peas "lens-mame" (lentils), though...

this is nice video, I wish this man best luck, but I always was wondering if it is true that japanies look down on darker skin people, considering, there are alot of iranian living in japan.

Apparently Hossein Bolbol's Japanese is marginally understandable because they have to put subtitles under the screen!! 

Only God knows how many illegal telephone cards and what else he had to sell to be able to invest in a restaurant in Tokyo, Japan!!!
