this photo precisely shows

by Mahmood Afghan (not verified) on

what is indeed wrong with the Iranians. This is exactly what is wrong with us, our hypocracy. This photo says it all.... Child execution my ass, why doesn't she talk about the root of the problem?

Why not to help the kids that have not been reached to the point of execution. We only want to shed our tears for those who are an inch away from execution. Why not help those who are potentially in that direction?

This photo is disgusting....

I Agree With Mahmoud Ghaffari Plus More

by Nader Vanaki (not verified) on

Point well said by Mahmoud Ghaffari. And if anyone knows Haghighatjou's parliamentary days they would appreciate what she did or at least attempted to do for the women of Iran and also for the people in general. And Afshin-Jam's shinning efforts speak for themselves. I would say both are distinguished women and my hats off to both of them.

I Love America

by Mahmoud Ghaffari (not verified) on

This is the reason I love America. Can this same picture be taken in Iran? Putting all the rehtoric, intellectual discussions, poltical gambitry, relegious beleifs aside, freedom really comes down to what is portrayed in this picture. if we can belive in each other's faith (in my case none at all) and be able to walk like this in the streets of Tehran, then we can say freedom and democracy has arrived. Until then all else is mere propoganda.
