I like the people who are not afraid to tell the truth no matter how some others may react.
Sean Penn has a "Darwish" down to earth personality and he's sensitive to other's pains and sufferings.
He lives here in Northbay San Francisco.
I consider him my friend and I respect him.
Fox-News may make fun of him but then again they make fun of anyone who tells the truth.
We should know that we are in this together, both Iranians and Americans. We both suffer from self-serving, cruel governments.

Nonetheless, if you think that democracy in Italy, Germany and Japan is because of US, you should stop watching too many Hollywood movies, and get yourself some useful books to read.

Sean Penn didn't praise the despot regime in Tehran - but he simply has objected the US savage policy in Middle-East and possible bombing of Iran!

However, I've found it quite shocking, sad and disturbing that some Iranians here are willing their country to be bombed by US, and witness their innocent countrymates loose their lives, just because they don't like the IR in power!

Now I would like to ask those Iranians, why do you live in safety of West - and why don't you go back to your country and fight and bring the barbaric-Islamic regime down and repalce it with a democratically elected system, rather than encouraging lunatics in Washington to bomb your country and massacre the innocent people of Iran?
