Why does she jumble her name?

Her name is Farnoosh Torabi why does she pronounce it "Bonnie Sharabi"?
By the way, one in New York City can only get NY1 channel if they have Time Warner Cable. If you have a satellite TV, like direct Tv, or get free tv thru a roof antenna you will never see NY1 on a television.
