I just wanted to share a couple of proud mommy moment items on my son Pouyan Afkary - The band Pouyan plays keyboards for, Scary Kids Scaring Kids, has signed an upstream deal with RCA records. Their debut album was The City Sleeps in Flames. They recently finished their Warped Tour and are now on their first Headlining tour to support the self-titled new CD, Scary Kids Scaring Kids. SKSK's self-titled Scary Kids Scaring Kids is on Billboard for the 2nd week - They are #11 for Hard Rock for the week ending September 22, 2007 - They will be going out on tour with Chiodos whose Bone Palace Ballet CD had it's debut this week in the #1 position for Hard Rock.
They made the Billboard 200 for the week of 09/15/2007!
