Omid Kordestani's commencement Address at San Jose State University: "It is a privilege to be here with you today at your commencement — and the 150th anniversary of this very special institution. I remember sitting in this same stadium for my graduation ceremony at San José State University back in 1984 — and I know very well that I face a big challenge today, as most of you may not remember a single thing I say today. I figured I have two options — I can talk about you or I can talk about me. I realize if I talk about me, the subject is of great interest to me — but maybe not to you. So I will try to only talk about me as it relates to you..." >>>Kordestani in Google

When the likes of Trita
by changiz khan (not verified) on Sat Oct 27, 2007 02:18 AM PDTWhen the likes of Trita Parsi admire someone you want to puke at whole idea. When the likes of Trita Parsi talk about Iranian Heritage, it makes you wonder if this midget knows what the meaning of Iranian or Heritage, for that matter, is. If he knew he wouldn't suck up to the mollahs.
Inspirational

Here is to many more AHAs for other Iranians
by salim on Thu Sep 20, 2007 04:12 PM PDTHere is to many more AHAs for Omid and other Iranian immigrants in this country.
I had heard part of his speech at the Standford Iranian Student meeting, but it was still great to watch. I think the delivery could have been a tad smoother, but none the less, very inspiring.
