Golbarg Parstabar, vice president of the western region for Harry Winston jewelers. Parstabar attended the University of Hawai'i-Hilo for a semester and spent time living in Kamuela during the 1980s. She joined Harry Winston in 1986, right out of school. She has also worked in the Beverly Hills salon, as well as managing all of the firm's operations and expansion in Japan and Taipei.
