VIDEO: Tehran's vanishing sycamore trees

Valiasr boulevard in Tehran which is said to be the longest boulevard in the Middle East, is losing its once abundant sycamore trees.

In the 1990's, Valiasr boulevard was adorned with 60,000 sycamore trees.

Today there are only 8,000 left.
