شیخ حسین انصاریان، شب گذشته در مراسم احیای شب بیست و سوم ماه مبارك رمضان پس از چند بار قسم خوردن گفت: مایی كه شعار دادیم، منبر رفتیم، بیانیه دادیم، شما رو فرستادیم جلو كه انقلاب كنید، دنبال میز و پست نبودیم و نیستیم‬، ‫اما این وضعی كه پیش اومده رو نمی خواستیم‬. وی در میانه قرآن به سر گرفتن، با سوز و گداز خطاب به مردم اظهار كرد: ‫مردم! ما رو ببخشید‬؛ ‫ما به شما وعده هایی دادیم كه نشد. نمی خواستیم شما تو فشار باشید..

Considering this is by no means an "opposition site". Just shows the depth of popular anger  with regime on bread and butter issues. common theme of comments were "too late for appology"!!!

BTW, precisely as forcasted by some commenters, he backtracked the following day.:)
