Federal prosecutors in Delaware say a California man has been charged in a felony information with attempting to make military exports to Iran.
Thirty-five-year-old Marc Knapp of Simi Valley, California, was charged in the two-count information, which was announced Wednesday.
Prosecutors say Knapp, over a seven-month period, illegally exported military equipment to Hungary and tried to make such exports, including an F-5B Tiger II fighter jet, to Iran and Russia.
