First, please don't use that condescending tone with me again.  I respect your opinions and never engage in inapproporiate language with you or anyone else, no matter how different our opinions are.

Second, of course there are spies everywhere!  Just like any other state, the Islamic Republic of Iran would have a legitimate right to seek, find, expel or prosecute people who are engaging in espionage there.

But,

The Islamic Republic of Iran, having just spent all the recent years, and particularly the past year and a half, labeling its own innocent people as spies for political reasons, has lost  all credibility.  IRI is a big choopan-e dorooghgoo now.  They should have thought about this credibility issue when they named university students and activists as "spies."  Or when they named Haleh Esfandiari, Roxana Saberi, Maziar Bahari, and Sarah Shourd as "spies," only to release them from prison and allow them to leave the country.  No sane country ever releases real spies as easily as the Islamic Republic of Iran does. Unless they were not really spies and the labeling and prosecution was only done for political purposes.

See my meaning?

Everybody is a spy!

I wish if you could at least learn about the history of some of the subjects your posts before posting or criticizing the news the way you do.

Iran's suspicion that IAEA members are spies, for your information, has a historic precedence. That is how Iraq got to be bombed to annihilation as you see today. The IAEA members were reporting their findings to the US against International rules during Saddam era. Read about it.

The IAEA members including the head of the organization is at the service of US government. This is part of Wikileaks revelations too.

We just lost two scientists to most likely Zionist/CIA operatives, it is completely natural for IRI to suspect everyone is a spy/traitor. Just look at some traitors here at IR or pay attention to what US did to its own citizens after 9/11 and this is in the middle of Democracy and freedom as you like to believe!
