این سازمان مقام های ایران را متهم کرده همچنان به "پنهانکاری" وقایعی که در کهریزک اتفاق افتاده ادامه می دهند.

یکی از افرادی که نام او در گزارش کمیته ویژه مجلس شورای اسلامی برای پیگیری حوادث پس از انتخابات مطرح شد سعید مرتضوی، دادستان عمومی و انقلاب وقت تهران بود که به عنوان صادرکننده دستور انتقال بازداشت شدگان به بازداشتگاه کهریزک معرفی شد.

اما در مراحل و تحقیقات بعدی دیگر نامی از سعید مرتضوی به میان نیامد.

Amnesty International calls IRI's Kahrizak bluff

Amnesty International has rightfully called the bluff of the IRI in its mock trial and dog and pony show regarding the Kahrizak prison.  Once again, the terrorists rule Iran by fear and terror, and nobody (including human rights organizations) is fooled.

And they know it themselves.

Their request to IRI is like asking a mafia boss the details and places of burials of his victims. The Mafia Boss would only give that info away in a court of law, under a plea bargaining deal...
