So, the suspects were police or IRGC members, right? They must have been, or why else would they have to be tried in a military court? Do military men decide on their own what to do? Or do they follow orders? Who ordered them to do the things they did? Where were they during the trial?
Also, the perpetrators have been found guilty and sentenced to death. Why can't we know their names and see their faces now?
This whole thing is another not-so-funny joke and mockery of justice in Iran.

No you don't get it one bit
by Fair on Thu Jul 01, 2010 05:13 PM PDTThe key word here is "tried".
Which trial? By whom? Under what process and what law? Why is this tried in a military court, and where is the prosecution and defense and their names? And death sentences against whom? How do I know a whistleblower is not being executed instead of an actual guilty party? This is another disgrace, and so is your attempt to defend such pathetic maneuvers.
No, neither you nor the rapists you support get it one bit, and no one is fooled one bit by your mockery of the Iranian people.
Khamenei and Ahmadinejad should be tried immediately and executed. They are the primary perpetrators of these crimes against humanity in our country.

by No Fear on Thu Jul 01, 2010 11:58 AM PDTIf IR doesn't try the accused, Its against justice!
If IR tries the accused but hands soft sentences, Its unfair and unjust!
If IR tries the accused and hands out death sentences, Its a publicity stunt!
