Wiretap Recorded Rep. Harman Promising to Intervene for AIPAC

Harman was recorded saying she would
“waddle into” the AIPAC case “if you think it’ll make a difference,”
according to two former senior national security officials familiar
with the NSA transcript.

In exchange for Harman’s help, the sources said, the suspected Israeli agent pledged to help lobby Nancy Pelosi
, D-Calif., then-House minority leader, to appoint Harman chair of the
Intelligence Committee after the 2006 elections, which the Democrats
were heavily favored to win.

AIPAC and Israeli agents in crosshairs

by Ostaad on

Harman's efforts to become the Chair of the House Intel Committee failed because Pelosi rejected her nomination and AIPAC's pressure to give her the job.

The two AIPAC "officials" in this case of Steve Rosen and Keith Weisman who's exclusive tasks were to spy for Israel by receiving classified information about Iran from the Pentagon's Iran desk officer Larry Franklin. Franklin was arrested tried and convicted on espionage charges. He's serving a twelve-year sentence. Rosen and Weisman were fired by AIPAC and they are both waiting for their lengthy trials to complete. Weisman is interesting because his photo was adorning NIAC's web site home page describing him as a "friend" who gave good "advice" on how to lobby in the US. His picture was quickly removed from NIAC web home page after the espionage charges were made public. Rosen went on to work on preventing Freeman to become the ME expert on the NSA team headed by Blair.

FYI.

She's such a sellout

She was also one the closet Bushies on the intelligence committee where she successfully blocked undesirable inqjuiries.

In any other context, any other countries involved this would be a carreer ending expose... but not here.

Love Max Blumenthal...
